As always, the vets and staff were caring, professional and helpful. We've been going to St. Francis for about six years, and I'm always more than satisfied with the care. In this case, sur dog was seen in a timely manner, and she got meds that took care of the issue.

I love it. She is very understanding. We got in right away. She seems to be very compassionate and understanding and is willing to help me, answer my questions and care for my cat.

We have never experienced a medical professional who exhibits more care, tenderness and genuine professionalism than Dr. Dillon and, I should mention, his staff. Our cat became ill and was failing very quickly. We did NOT want him to suffer (we've had the experience of many other cats and dogs in our lifetimes). He went peacefully and we were pleased with the treatment he received.

They were fantastic and the doctor I seen there was very caring. His staff was courteous and cheerful. It seemed as though they enjoyed their job and it did not seem like either my dog or I was in imposition. The place was clean and it looked like it had up to date facilities.

He is a superb person. He is very caring. He does an excellent job. When I take my pet in for anything, he will call me the next day to see how she is doing. He is really, really nice. I've used him for years. He was so good with my cat and he followed up with her.
