The carpet smelled very musty and had numerous stains. He cleaned the carpet, deodorized it, and added scotchgard protection. It looks great and I have no problem with the grandchildren playing down there now. The service I received was prompt ant professional. He responded to my request for a quote right away and the carpet was cleaned less than a week later. Will use him again for my floor cleaning needs.

Larry truly cares about his customers. I have used a few other companies, but Larry did the best job on our carpet. He arrived early, he vacuumed the carpet (I want one of those commercial vacuums?), he moved furniture around, and he cleaned the carpet thoroughly. We will definitely use hm again!

Everything turned out perfect! Didn’t think it was possible to get paint out of carpet but they were able to make it look like new again. Best carpet cleaning company we have ever used! No other companies even come close to the work Spot-free does!

We hired Spot-Free Floor Care to clean 4 areas and a set of stairs. We couldn’t be happier with the results -- our carpets look brand new after 11 years! From the first contact, I got a response directly from the owner, Larry Kruse, and he was the one to come and do the work. Not only did he do a great job, his entire operation is very professional. He was responsive to my emails, punctual, dressed in a uniform, had a professional vehicle (which isn’t always the case with a small company) and his prices are reasonable. Before starting, Larry took the time to ask me for any specific trouble spots and to give me some options. When I decided to go with a basic option, he did not pressure me to add any extras, but let me know it was available down the road should we want it later. We have a new puppy who is finally housebroken, so we definitely had some pet accident spots that I was not able to get rid of on my own. We’re very pleased with the results! When he was done, Larry told us about his one-month guarantee to come back free of charge if we weren’t completely satisfied – I’ve never gotten that offer before from any carpet cleaner. The carpet was dry in a couple of hours which is also faster than any other company we’ve ever used. We highly recommend Spot-Free Floor Care.

I thought the basement carpet was going to need replaced. Not anymore, it looks and feels brand new again. Larry was very efficient and did a great job with excellent customer service. Will recommend to friends and family.
