In summary, The Sharper Edge and Tom Okapal did not provide the services that were agreed upon in the contract. The project is not completed; I need a new countertop installed and my concrete fixed. The easiest and most cost efficient way is to tear out all the concrete and replace with a new patio, during this process both the steps and fire pit need to be dismantled and rebuilt, so everything is even and straight. A new soapstone countertop can be ordered, delivered and installed by a local company. I have obtained legal counsel and have filed legal action against Tom Okapal and The Sharper Edge because he will not work with The Better Business Bureau and agree to participate in binding arbitration.
