After seven weeks and three failed closing dates with a mortgage broker, I became frustrated and called NOIC to see if they could get the job done more efficiently. I spoke with Tyler Borth who said it would take about three weeks, but I would have to have the appraisal and credit report done again which would cost $445 (which was refunded to me at closing). He was able to give me an interest rate .25% lower than the broker. All phone calls were answered or returned promptly. All work was done conveniently by phone and fax.I closed 18 days after the initial phone call. I highly recommend this company.
