Electrical Service
He was throughly professional, hard-working, neat, careful, polite,
pleasant. We spent more than we had planned, but he did not pressure
us. He just presented our options very clearly.
In retrospect,
I would advise: get another estimate (we didn't, and have some buyers'
regret). But if you got with Mr. Electric, and are lucky enough to get
Tony Harker, you'll be pleased with the work.
Mr. Electric
charges by the job, not by the hour. In our case, the replacement job
took close to 7 hours, not the usual 3 to 4 because of difficulty
getting the old panel out of the wall and getting the new one into the
wall. At no point did Tony suggest that he might have to charge more.

explained that Mr. E does not load its electricians down with a long
list of jobs to be done on a given day. They go to a job, finish it,
and then see if there is another job. Tony, a perfectionist, prefers
this because he does not feel pressure to rush.
Tony cleaned up all his mess after he finished and took it to the company's duster.
