I called and talked to the owner, Eddie Tucker, he stated he was in the area and would stop by that day. Next thing I know, his truck was parked outside and he was putting down what I assumed to be grass seed with a spreader. He never came to the door to let me know he was there let alone tell me what he was going to do nor did he give an oral or written estimate. I never agreed to anything verbally or sign any kind of agreement for services. A few days later I received a bill for over $1000! I also received a letter in the mail from another one of his "victims" that he did the exact thing to. He's been getting away with this for years and has over 90 liens on people's homes in our area for this same scam, often changing the name of his "business".
