I used Pastorek's body shop to replace my hood which was damaged by a deer in December 2017. Joe did everything I asked for a quality repair and went out of his way to find parts at a better price. I would use him again.

Joe was very responsive and did whatever it took to take care of problems with the car. He was very responsive any time I called and did a marvelous job. And his price was very reasonable. I can very highly recommend him.

They did a beautiful job! They replaced one of my sliding doors and both rocker panels. They fixed an issue with my bumper. It's like I have a new van again! I couldn't be happier. They obviously take pride in their work. It took 12 days, and they were over a couple of days on the time estimate, but I didn't have a problem with that. They met the cost estimate.

He ordered parts on a Thursday and got them late on Friday. He let us bring our car in on a Saturday even though he was super swamped and was only open until 2. Brought the car in at 10 am and had it back by 1 on Saturday! Super efficient and did a beautiful job! I highly recommend Joe! Very honest and dependable.

I was originally told it would only take 2-3 days to repair. It actually took 8 days to get it back. One of the most frustrating parts was that they never called to let me know they were running behind or if they had any delays. I had to call them each time to see when it would be ready. When I got it back the tailgate looked pretty good (they had to caulk seal under the tailgate because they couldn't close the metal underneath). My only other concern was that when they worked on the tailgate the large Ford emblem was all scratched up, they never covered it or taped it off before they worked on it.

Fair price. Offered 2 options and encouraged me to strongly consider the cheaper option inasmuch as he felt that both options would work equally well. I appreciated his directness and honesty. Hopefully I will not need more body work, but if so I will use this business again.

Replaced head gasket.

He did job for 70% less money than local dealer estimated in
half of the time. Enough said. He can give an example to all local dealers in Toledo
how job is supposed be done and how to treat a costumer.

Someone hit our car in a parking lot then drove off. We took our 2012
Cadillac to him but were concerned about paint match. He estimated the
cost at $650 (paint scraped off passenger front) and promised that it
would be as good as new.
We picked up the car on 4/25 after Mr.
Pastorek called to say it was ready. When we got there, we were
thrilled by the results. The paint match was perfect and there was no
sign of any damage. When we paid the bill, he said it was $600, less
than his quote! His shop is a little out of the way but certainly worth the trip based on the results.

Company was prompt with estimates and very friendly.

Nothing stood out. I've used him before and he's a good guy. He's much cheaper than a dealer and he's respectful of your money and property.

He repaired my driver's side door and window.

Dropped the car off, was told it would be done in two days. They phoned on the 2nd day after noon as the car was ready to be picked up.
