I had purchased trees from here twice before. This time my answers about a dead tree that I purchased two years ago were very lacking on any concern of the problem. I still purchased a different type of tree to replaced the dead one. On delivery day, since I had the hole ready for the new tree, the planting went fast. They spent no time making sure the dirt around the new tree roots was packed down. This should have been done. My appointment was in the morning, and finally I called at noon and was told they should be there shortly. Well finally I called again at 2:30 to find that they hadn't left with my tree yet. I think I was forgot on the schedule.

Hatfield Lawn and Landscape did a very good job. They did a decent job. My wife was happy. We asked them to do a job and they did a good job. They were on time. They started the job and completed the job on time. They fulfilled our expectations. The job request was met.

I can't say there was anything that we disliked. The owner actually came out and planned our landscaping for us and drew a map out and put together a plan. He got that to us in a timely manner, showed it to us and then we scheduled it and when they installed it they did a great job. Other than the fact that we have trees and bushes in our backyard we really wouldn't have even known that they were here. Their prices were pretty competitive. We had a couple questions afterwards, and actually, about a month or so after everything was in they came back just to make sure that everything was going well and to see if we had any questions and just make sure that we were overall happy with things.

Because of the rainy summer we had last year, they were delayed slightly from their initial estimate for starting, but once started, work was completed within 4 days. Al was always responsive as were his employees to any questions or concerns we had. A few changes were made as work began at our request, ie changing paver placement, addtional plant material, and all changes were made as requested.

They do a pretty good job. They come out a couple times a year.

Overall, I have been pleased with Hatfield Lawn and Landscape. The staff is friendly and professional.
The only reason I will not use them in the future is the cost. I was paying $42.00 a week this year. The biggest cost comes with the leaf cleanup. I have 3 huge Silver Maple trees that shed a lot of leaves. I pay extra for the longer time it takes to remove all the leaves. I have found another source to do the same chores at $30.00 a week.

I have uses this service for about 4 years. The approximate service date was the last time that they were here.

They do a good job.

They are very efficient and pleasant. They are professional. They do the job and they don't fool around. They go right to doing what they have to do. They are very pleasant if I happen to be outside. If I need something extra done they are willing to do it. They are pleasant chaps! It is a little more expensive during he fall season due to the leaves my 3 large trees produce. If they are here for a longer period of time it is a little more. But to me it is worth it so I don't have to do it. I think their price is probably what you would pay anyone. They are very professional. They come on time. I never have to be concerned about them not showing up. It is a good company. I have used them for at least the past 5 years.

Professional, efficient, punctual and upbeat. The crew arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleasant "can do" attitudes.
