He explained a lot to me. Took time to diagnose the problem and did not charge a fee for looking at it. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and helped me to understand. I will recommend him to anyone I know that is having problems with their computer.

I have actually used them a couple of times, and one of my ipads is with them right now. I have used them for computers and ipad repairs. I have been very happy in both cases. They are very upfront about pricing. They are quite reasonable in my opinion, and they do not charge an estimate or diagnostic fee. They get in the system. They call or e-mail you, give you a quote, and tell you exactly what the problem is, what needs to be replaced, how long it will take, and whether or not there are parts in stock. Their communication is excellent.
