Quality work done , polite workers, work completed on schedule, only slight delay on some work due to weather conditions.

We were very happy with the great job Exterior Qualities Home Improvement did. Their staff was professional and very considerate. They went out of their way to make sure all areas of escape for our 8 pound dog were blocked. The fence also looks great! They even adjusted the back of the fence so my neighbors dog would be safe as well, without me even asking. I have already asked them for an estimate for another job.

They did an excellent job! When the crew came to complete the work, they decided to do some additional repairs at no extra charge. We have already hired them for another project on our home.

Great! Very happy with the results. We called them back to fix a few shingles that fell off our old (existing) roof during a wind storm. They were very prompt to take care of it.

It went well enough, but they were sometimes unresponsive for a day or two. I think the office person was sick, and nobody covered for them.

At first, we didn't like the railing that was installed. But we worked it out and LOVE the end result. It is very well made and very solid. They made it right. Would definitely hire again.

They were fantastic! We love the fence. It is beautiful and sturdy. The entire install took 3 days. We got off to a slow start because it was a custom design and we had to work through a few issues. The one thing I really appreciated was when we encountered problems, they really listen to what I wanted and figured out how to make it work - even when it meant redoing something. We couldn't be happier with the entire process. In fact, we liked them so much, we just hired them to do our roof!

Exterior Qualities Home Improvement replaced our roof this last April, and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations. Mike Barney was very thorough with his sales presentation and his attention to detail far exceeded other contractors that came to bid the job. Furthermore, Exterior Qualities followed through in every detail that was presented in the contract to our satisfaction. There were some minor issues with flashing, and a shortage of materials, but the project was completed in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. Exterior Qualities even handled some minor gutter repairs that were not part of the contract as a courtesy. Mr. Barney communicated regularly throughout the process and kept us informed of scheduling issues and other changes. It was truly a pleasure to deal with someone who knows his trade and followed through with everything that was promised and more. I would recommend Exterior Qualities for your roofing and other home remodeling projects.

-Once again Exterior Qualities exceeded our expectations.

-The outside company that I went through that quoted me and hired Exterior Qualities, also miss-quoted the job.

-This company forgot to add the charge to remove dirt, level and landscape prior to installation of the deck.

-Exterior Qualities honored the price and absorbed that cost which had to be significant.

-In addition, their professional deck installer suggested some "layout" ideas prior to starting the job.  He took the time to meet with me and my wife and explained that we don't necessarily need to go horizontal or vertical.  We did it diagonal.  It looks SPECTACULAR.

-Based on this I've also hired Exterior Qualities to gut and re-do my entire master bathroom which will begin this January.

-So, I'm sure more positive reviews are on the way.

-The work was done in a timely manner as promised with a professional staff employed full time by EHQ vs. having temps which made us feel great from the onset.

-The gate that they added is something out of the movie "Braveheart".  One would need a group of people and a battering ram to penetrate this bad boy.  It's sturdy and beautiful.

-I guess in short the work was done with Precision.  Timeliness.  Friendliness and Respect.  That means a lot to me. 

-And, working with great locally owned company makes it even that much better.

-Lastly-The owner Mike inspected to job in full to ensure it met our needs and to see too it that we were 100% satisfied.

-This company is now my official home improvement partner!

Complete tear off and new roof.  Large 42sq, roof, crew had 90% done in one day, then 2-3 guys came for next two days for clean up and finishing touches.
