The brand new system was installed the beginning of the month. It stopped working 5 days later. It took well over two weeks for them to call us back. They came out, said "It is a manufacturing defect, ill call the manufacturer and get back to you." 1 week went by, didn't hear anything. I called them the 7th day, never heard back. Finally, 13 days later, I heard back. they came out, "Fixed" it and left almost immediately. Guess what still doesn't work? My AC. I've given up on these guys. I now have a different company coming out to fix all of their mistakes. The install did go seemingly OK, its just the follow ups, call backs and attitudes of the employees when they have to come back to fix what they broke is the worst. They did show up within 15 minuets of when they said they would tho.
