We called for an estimate and Jeff showed up as advertised. The estimate seemed reasonable and we told hin to go ahead with the order. The installer (Tim)  showed up on time and did a great job. We would not hesitate to call Budget Blinds in the future. THey did a great job. This is a really good company.

Jeff came out to my house with samples within a few days of my call. He was helpful & professional. The blinds came in within a few weeks of the order & look great.

Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of my salesperson, but he was excellent from start to finish. I really wanted to get window treatments up quickly since I had absolutely no privacy in the house when I moved in, and I was able to get an appointment within 2 days for him to come measure the house and show me my options. I was very impressed that he was even willing to come in the evening on a weekend! I called another local window treatment place in Toledo to try to comparison shop, and they were not willing to come on the weekend or weekday evenings! My salesperson was also very quick to respond to questions any time of the week. It was clear to me that he valued my business and was willing to work around my schedule to make things work.
When he came for the consultation, he asked me what I was thinking about and then showed me what he thought would best fit my needs. He told me about pretty much the entire range from cheap to super expensive so I knew what they offered, but pretty much honed directly on what I was looking for and did not once attempt to up-sell. I was pretty indecisive when it came to colors, but he was very patient and just held up the various samples as many times as I wanted until I finally made up my mind (he also gave some helpful input). When it came to pricing, he was willing to price many different options and combinations so I could go through, picking and choosing exactly what I wanted, to wind up in the price range I was looking for with functionality I was looking for.
The blinds took about 2 weeks to come in but when they arrived, the installer actually came the same day that he called to set up a time! The installer has been installing blinds for many years and has now worked for Budget Blinds for quite a few years, and it shows! He is friendly and incredibly quick. He had my whole house installed in less than an hour!
Unfortunately, one of the measurements was about 5 inches off due to an error in the paperwork. However, the replacement came in about a week later and was also installed very quickly. The salesperson called me to apologize for the error and make sure everything else was completed satisfactorily. The only negative was that all of the blinds, except one which was backordered, showed up when promised. However, they didn't call me right away to set up a time to install the others. I wound up calling them since I was getting impatient and when they saw that the other blinds were all there, they offered to come and install everything they had and just come back when the backordered blinds arrived. I would have preferred if they called me as soon as most of the blinds were in to set up a time for install, instead of me having to call them and find out that all but one had arrived.
Overall, very satisfied and would definitely use again or recommend to others. After calling the other blinds place and seeing how unwilling they were to work with my schedule, I am especially happy to have found Budget Blinds first!

I have only been dealing with them for a few days, but they came in and installed them very quickly and professionally. The consultant I talked to gave me all kinds of great ideas to work with. They have only been here since last week but I am very happy with the way it looks and the way they operate. They do it all at a very fair price.
