I used Batanian twice in the past two months to trim dead limbs from a large maple tree and to remove two 30' dying pine trees. They also chipped a large amount of smaller tree limbs and yard debris that I had trimmed and collected. Batanian was prompt, efficient, completely cleaned up after each job and was very price-competitive. I'll call them again whenever I need further arbor services.

Great.  They left the yard clean and you really couldn't tell they were here because there was no debris in the yard.  The trees look great and are doing very well.

They were very professional and thorough.  After they finished, they cleaned up.....you wouldn't know that any work had been done here.   I would definitely call them again for any tree service.....they were prompt, and their prices are very reasonable.

After reviewing other company estimates, I accepted Jeff's (Batanian Tree Service) and arranged a time and date for the work (01 Oct at 1030).  Jeff's estimate was competitive and the crew was able to show up the following week.
The crew called on 01 Oct at about 0900 stating that they had finished their first job early and asked if they could start earlier, 0930.  (Great, the earlier the better for me). 
When the crew arrived, we walked around the property discussing what needed to be done and where.  Basically, three sides of the house (locust, maples, and crab apples) and two dead branches (cottonwood) in the backyard.  The locust branches over the house were about 6-8 inches in diameter and the cottonwood branches were about 10-12 inches in diameter that were about 50 feet off the ground and needed to be trimmed by climbing versus using a bucket truck.
At the end of each trimming session, I was asked if it was "OK" or was more trimming required.   Did a little more trimming on the locust and maples.   I appreciated being asked if I was satisfied while the work was being performed/completed.
The job was completed in about 41/2 hours which included cleaning up the debris and raking the lawn. 
The crew was professional, courteous, climbed safely, and was considerate of my property (house and shrubs).
I will use Batanian Tree Service in the future and strongly recommend them to others.

I made an initial contact which received a prompt response and a quote.  Within several days the tree and stump were removed and the area was seeded.

Initial quote was prompt but would have preferred a call first to better explain what I wanted - initial contact was via e-mail. I
had trouble connecting with them to get questions answered because of additional work needed. Once that was resolved, however, they were prompt and efficient and all work was done as promised for price quoted. No problems with quality of work or pricing and was happy with the result.

The service was pretty good.  It took them a while to give me a quote.  They were here within a week when I asked them to go ahead with the work.

Great experience.  Quick service for both the estimate and then the work.  Did a great job with the pruning and cleaned everything up like they were never there.

My experience was good.  The fellow's name is Jeff Batanian.  He was excellent.  He is fairly well understood in the area.  He had somebody else do the stump service.  I think he does it himself now.  It was a total job.  He was referred to by my lawn guy.  I had him do a quote recently.  I would use him again in the future if I can get him.  He is very busy.

Overall we couldn't be more pleased.

It went very well.  They took special precautions not to damage the ground. Yard was raked and cleaned up.

The company came back after a few days to add the topsoil and grass seed. Overall everything went as expected.

Their team arrived the day before to do a bit a prep work and then arrived early and completed the job in one day. Continued to clean up the site as they worked.

I obtained three estimates to remove a medium ash tree. ( $350, $400, and $365) Batanian's($365) was the only one that said "plus tax." So I was out the door for about $390. I called in to request a quote, the secretary was very polite and took my information. In the next 48 hours I had a quote in my mailbox. I accepted this quote and they were out in a week to take care of the job. The workers had the right equipment, climbed the tree and removed the tree. They also did a nice job with raking and clean up. It took two guys over 2 1/2 hours to take the tree down and grind up the branches. Another worker arrived on the scene to grind the stump. Prior to accepting the quote, I observed them working on some trees down the street. I was impressed with their regard for safety and making sure the job was done right. I liked the fact that they have insurance. The workers were very personable and made suggestions to what could be done with other trees.
