Accurate Carpet Cleaning Service was informative. I like the price and I like the way he explained what he was doing. I would use them again if I needed to.

They didn't provide me a written estimate when they came in. They just came with machinery as soon as the door opened. They put everything in big, black garbage bags and brought it up my basement steps. I would recommend not using them. Stay away from this company. The guy who runs the company is a bully and a tyrant. He harassed me. He was very hard to work with. He kept calling me. After one week, he tried to collect, even though my insurance company wasn't ready to settle with him. I complained about mud, but they didn't respond. They had all these fans and dehumidifiers down there. I would never use them again. He tried to charge me $7200. The insurance company was going to pay $4200 and I was going to pay a deductible of $1000. They scuffed up my walls on the way out.
