Kirk was very polite and responsive, helped us pick a stone we like. The finished fireplace is beautiful. Having masonry done inside your house, however, is a very dirty and dusty job, and the workers were not as careful as I would've liked. They put down mats to protect the carpet but did not protect the hardwood floor, which they walked back and forth on carrying stone and with grit in their shoes. The hardwood was really gouged up before I noticed and put down rugs.
