One star is really too many stars for this 'company'. They took my job, promised to have it done at a future time, and then never did the job, never got back to me about when they would do the job, and couldn't talk to anyone there save for secretary (probably owner's wife -- sounded like she was doing dishes the one time I was able to get her on the phone) who would respond to one out of every 4 emails I sent. Mind you this is over 6 months' time. Never did hear from 'Chris'. After six months, they emailed and said "sorry we can't do your simple job. We're too busy". Please head my warning that they will frustrate you to no end --- they don't answer calls, return calls, return emails, or do jobs they quote you on. Silver lining for me might be that at least they weren't able to mess up my yard since they couldn't do the simple things like scheduling the job they've quoted. Super frustrated with this process and would recommend everyone to seek other companies for similar work.
