Mike did an excellent job.  The carpets look better than they have in years and he was able to remove tough stains that other cleaners had not.  Highly recommended.

The gentlemen were punctual and polite, and called a few minutes before arrival so that I could crate our three dogs. They explained the process in detail....to my satisfaction. I honestly had low expectations due to the condition of the carpet. My husband and I had rented a steam cleaner before, and while it had removed a lot of dirt, most of the stains remained. When finished with the job, I was astonished at how good the carpet looked. Mr Ryder explained that over time, some of the old stains might become visible again simply because traces of the stain and cleaners tend to attract dirt back. They did an excellent job of extraction because the carpet was completely dry late the next day. The carpet truly looked almost new and even the oldest, worst stains were greatly diminished if not gone. I don't remember there being very much scent to their cleaners. I'm sensitive, so there was little or no scent. I felt it was a fair price for the superior result. We are also committed to doing business locally and with independent businesses wherever possible. We highly reccomend My Ryder and his team.

Price quoted on phone was a bit misleading.

I HAVE TWO HOMES, AND THEY CLEAN THE CARPETS IN BOTH OF THEM. THEY ARE GREAT. I SWEAR BY THEM! I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, DO AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND LEAVE IT RELATIVELY DRY. THEY DIDN'T SCRATCH OR DAMAGE ANYTHING. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ESPECIALLY MIKE. MY HOUSE IS 2,000 SQ FT. THEY TOOK 20 REGISTERS OUT AND CLEANED MY DUCT WORK.

GREAT JOB. PRICES WERE HIGHER BUT WELL WORTH IT.
