Excellent.  Great job, very professional.

I have hired Troy Frasier and his team on several occasions to perform various handyman duties, from repairing drywall to installing a garage organization system. Troy is the most professional, knowledgable, honest, courteous, and pleasant contractor I have ever done business with. If he is running behind schedule by even a few minutes, he will call to let you know. If he doesn't know something or is unfamiliar with a brand or part, he will do the appropriate research. He will go out of his way to save money on the job by giving you a couple of repair options or by suggesting you pick up the parts yourself to cut costs (but he is perfectly willing to get the parts if you would rather not). He is always quick to remove his work boots upon entering your home, will always ask permission to open a door or cabinet or access a utility sink (even if you had previously given such permission), and he will always clean up properly after the job is complete.

On this particular occasion, Troy made some repairs to the exterior of my home after a heavy rainfall revealed some leaks. He explained up front that even though estimates are free, when climbing a ladder is concerned, it would be more logical and efficient to just make the necessary repairs while he was up on the roof, rather than return on a separate visit. He would charge me an hourly rate plus the cost of materials which I believed to be more than fair. He resealed the flashing on my chimney and recaulked a window on my second level. As a bonus, he checked my gutters while he was up there and discarded a shingle left in the gutter by my home builder. He did all of this for less than $100!

I would not hesitate to hire The Frazier Company again and again for any job small or large.

He does excellent work and did an excellent job. He is always fun to work with. The bathroom was about $5,000. He pays good attention to detail and won't do any work that doesn't need to be done. He is totally honest and always on time. If he can't make it, he will call ahead of time. He is very conscientious and he won't leave the job half finished. He came back and did a little detail work to finish it all up. If there is anything that you don't like or a specific way that you want it done, he will do his best to do it that way. He is totally good.

It went very well. The whole project took about 80 hours. We had water damage to the shower walls and floor, so we were not sure how much would need to be removed before new material was installed. Troy discovered carpenter ants and termites and recommended a pest control company to handle the problem. He subcontracted out the marble installation-most of it-he handled the last piece which was not in the original contract. Troy and his assistant, Bill, were very good about cleaning up after their days' work-there wasn't a lot of dust from the wallboard installation that took place. The work went forward almost continually with few interruptions due to delayed material or other jobs. We picked out and purchased the new items, such as the tub and toilet and picked out a marble pattern that we liked. The work is very well done and the bathroom looks great!
