They are SO friendly and explained in detail everything they would look for and do when checking out our clock to get running again, along with a very reasonable pricing estimate and repair timetable. Happy to have it back, telling the time correctly and chiming it’s Westminster melody! THIS is the company you want to use!

It took 2 separate trips and over 6 months to get the work done completely. Had a problem after two years and they made another adjustment under warranty after admonishing me. Another problem a month later prompted me to seek another repair shop

The shop is a real treat; a traditional, hands on country facility... nothing fancy, just nice people doing something very well, and taking pride in it. Our clock had not been cleaned for over 25 years, and stopped running. Ms. Gaines took it apart and assessed it in front of us on the spot. She advised that the movement was very dirty, the bushings and worn out, and may need an entire rebuild at $450. First, though, she wanted to try a cleaning, oiling, and machining and replacement of 2 bushings and springs, which she showed me were clearly worn. She quoted 4-6 weeks. 2 weeks later, the clock is fully restored, runs fine, for only $125! We are very pleased, and promise to return in 3 years for a cleaning. This is an old time shop with old time craftsmanship and traditional values; a real treat.

It went excellent. They know their stuff. The grandfather clock they repaired in our home. It took 30-45 minutes. The Tambour clock needed totally redone and they had it finished in about six weeks.

I have been going to them for years. Visiting their shop is good for the soul. Really courteous and professional. Helpful and you can tell they really love clocks.

This companie's employees seemed very knowledgeable. They said that the clock should be overhauled as it had never been overhauled before. It took about a month longer to complete than they estimated, but the clock seems to be running as promised.

I HAD CALLED THEM SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION WHEREBY MY FATHER-IN-LAW WAS MOVING FROM INDEPENDENT LIVING TO ASSISTED LIVING IN THE NURSING HOME, AND THE CLOCK WOULD NOT FIT INTO HIS NEW FACILITY, THEREFORE, WE NEEDED TO GET THE CLOCK MOVED FROM THERE TO OUR HOUSE BY TUESDAY. IN ADDITION WE NEEDED THE CLOCK SERVICED SINCE IT HADN'T WORKED FOR YEARS. NOT ONLY DID THEY HELP, THEY CAME THE SAME DAY. THE SERVICEMAN MOVED THE CLOCK, THEN SERVICED AND FIXED, AND EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO MAINTAIN IT. HE WAS PUNCTUAL, THE PRICE QUOTED WAS THE PRICE WE PAID. THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN YEARS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY BEST FRIENDS. THANKS FOR THE RECOMMENDATION!

I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE. IT IS A DRIVE FROM THE COLUMBUS AREA, BUT WORTH IT.

HAVE HAD SEVERAL CLOCK REPAIRS DONE THERE AND I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THE LAST REPAIR THEY DID FOR ME WAS TO COMPLETELY REASSEMBLE THE WORKS OF AN ANTIQUE CLOCK THAT WAS MY GRANDMOTHER''S.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL. SOMETIMES IT CAN TAKE AWHILE TO GET THE CLOCKS BACK, BUT THEY ALWAYS TELL ME WHEN THAT WILL BE THE CASE. THEY ARE EXCELLENT CRAFTSMEN AND THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB.
