Called, had a prompt estimate given, and the work was completed the same day. I am very pleased with the worked done.

BE WARNED!!!! This company takes no responsibility for its employees! The owners son, showed up in their company van, provided estimates on their company letter head, and proceeded to take off with over $3000 in payment needed for "supplies to complete the job", with NO WORK DONE! The owners son has now been in and out of jail for child support and continues to promise he will pay me back, and hasnt. PDQ Electric says it's not their problem. The owner doesnt even have the decency to call me back... I have to continue to talk to the receptionist (who is the owners daughter).

I called this afternoon to get an estimate on replacing two toggle light switches with Honeywell programable timers.  I had purchased the necessary timers and switch plates but wasn't confident I would be able to install them.  I spoke with Don, who quoted an $85 service call for work being done in approximately 30 minutes.  He could also have his son over to do the work within the hour.  He was correct on all statements.  His son was here when promised and completed the work quickly for the quoted price.  His son was very professional and personable.  I was very happy with the service and love that it was provided by a small family-owned company. I will certainly call PDQ for any future electrical services.

Don was professional and had up-front pricing. I received quotes from several other big name plumbing companies and Don's quote was fair and honest. This family-owned business takes pride in the work completed. I will definitely call them in the future for my electrical needs.

One of our smoke detectors alarmed today and upon checking it I found it was warm to the touch and smoke was coming from around the unit. The fire department extinguished the fire and disconnected the old detector which was hard wired, no battery back up. I called PDQ and explained the situation, power was off in my bathrooms and part of my kitchen and I didn't have any working smoke detectors in my home at the time. (The fire department had to turn the breaker off that supplied power to the smoke detectors and the bathroom). PDQ was at my home within 2 hours of my call and installed the detector very quickly. Thanks to them I can sleep a lot easier tonight. I had used PDQ for electrical work several years ago and will use them again in the future. I couldn't be happier with their work, responsiveness or kindness.

Recently found that the gas lines in the house were subject to fire if lightning strikes. Delaware County inspector who inspector my neighbors house that is for sale, made us aware of this. He stated it needed to be fixed.. My house is the same age as the sale house. Spoke to my next door neighbor who is a realtor. .He found PDQ Electric. They stated they have done lots for grounding. I was scheduled for between 9 and 9:30 11/11/11. Don and his crew were here on time. Very nice to work with. I had some questions which were answered fully.  I thought the cost was very reasonable. Would use them again.

Don and his crew at PDQ are excellent to work with. They come out quickly, they arrive on time, they are professional and fast, and they provide very fair prices. I am very pleased with Don's knowledge and experience level, and he is very easy to work with because he is friendly, courteous, and provides excellent explanations for the lay person to understand. I am very pleased with all the work PDQ has provided my husband and I, and I would definitely recommend him to everyone.  

They are very open to my idea's. They listen very well. They have been really easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.
