PBK PAINTING

I knew of Ken's workmanship because he assisted G&G painters on a major painting project I had done last October. He knew I was interested in having my kitchen cupboards updated. They were dark wood and early 70's style. He and his partner Jim measured and ordered all the doors and drawer fronts and installed them. They worked Monday through Friday of one week and had everything completely done in the week. I wanted everything done before Thanksgiving and they were able to do that to my complete satisfaction. I purchased an island on line and he assembled it and painted it and put doors and drawer fronts on it to match the rest of the kitchen cupboards. They painted all the woodwork and trim in the kitchen as well. My old dark kitchen is now the brightest, sunniest place in my house. I love it! And it didn't cost an arm and a leg to have it done.

I received an estimate from the owner. We agreed on the dates of the work to be performed. The dates came and went. The owner would not return phone calls to explain his absence or to discuss alternative dates.

Kenn Holland (owner) arrived when he told us he would be there (8:30 am). He explained to us what was involved, and how long he thought it would take him. We originally did not ask him to do the upstairs hallway. On his arrival, he gave us an estimate, and we had him do that as well. He immediately proceeded to do the work, and took only about 30 minutes for lunch. He finished the job in one day, and cleaned everything up nicely. He was very professional, very understanding, and a very pleasant to be around. We would recommend Ken to our friends and neighbors.
