Newman Roofing

Newman roofing was very professional, quote process was easy with no aggressive sales pitch. The work was done in one day while we were out of town. We were sent lots of pictures of the whole process and there was no evidence of them being at our house while we were gone other than a beautiful roof and new skylights. The only additional fee was $1000 for over 250 feet of planking to replace damaged and rotted wood, this was well under the projected cost for unknowns. The whole process was very easy for this over 60 year old home.

Very professional and were on-time for every appointment. I was concerned that price will be higher than the insurance estimate but they were able to fit the work within estimates without cutting any corners. Very happy with the quality of work and communication style. Honesty and integrity was visible in every interaction.

They replaced my roof today and Nick and his crew were wonderful. They arrived on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up the space. Overall, an easy experience with a great outcome.

Newman Roof did an absolutely incredible job. From the initial estimate, to the follow ups days after the job was completed, Newman has gone above and beyond and has treated me like their most important customer. The old roof was removed and the new installed with upmost care and craftsmanship. The entire job was performed with military-like precision. The cleanup was very thorough. After the roof was completed, the job supervisor thoroughly inspected the roof to make the job was done to Newman's high standards. Finally, the job supervisor had me look around to make sure I was satisfied. Finally, Newman followed up after the job was over to make sure I was still satisfied. I watched the roof replacement process because I have never seen such a well executed efficient operation as this. I highly recommend Newman to anyone but more importantly they have passed my test and I am recommending Newman to family and friends.

They came and gave us a quote and never bothered us. We chose them to do our roof. They showed up at 0700 on time. They covered all the plants, toor off the roof and replaced it all before 1400. They cleaned up everything and was gone by 1530. Jason our salesman and Alex were very nice and easy to deal with. Would use again.12

In October of 2018, Newman Roofing replaced oor 20 year old roof. The work was completed professionally and the entire crew was respectful and courteous. Approximately 7 months after the installation, we discovered several water stains in our family room. I contact Newmans and they arrived the next day. After inspecting the roof and several other areas of the house, Alex identified the source as two windows which are directly over the family room. Alex explained in detail where the issues were and why they were causing the leaks. Alex offered to repair the caulking around the windows to at least stop the leaks until we can have a contractor repair the windows. Obviously, the leaks were not caused by any failure of the roofing materials or installation. I was very impressed by the level of service provided by Newmans and Alex after the sale. I would recommend Newmans without reservation for individuals who are looking for a trustworthy company who is committed to customer satisfaction.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Steve arrived on time to look over the situation and provide a quote. We were scheduled for roof replacement within 2 weeks. Nick and his very efficient team arrived on time and got started immediately. It was clear from the beginning that this team works together well and has a well established process. the two old roofs were off within 3 hours and then the new roof was installed. The team was done by 4 pm and left and Nick stayed an extra hour to finalize the flashing around the chimney. The roof looks very nice. Mark from the office called to tell me that the company with whom the contracted to do the gutters would arrive 2 days later. As planned Chris and his team arrived even though it was raining lightly but steadily. They worked efficiently and had the gutters up within 3 to 4 hours. The function well and look great. We were very pleased with the entire experience we had with Newman Roofing and recommend the company. Several neighbors have stopped by to admire the new roof and gutters.

They were very professional, from the initial meeting through to the end. The workers were friendly and did a good job on the roof and cleaning up. The project manager on site showed me photos of the roof (once the old roof was removed) so I could see the damaged wood that they needed to replace. He also was very good to explain everything.

Newman roofing did a wonderful job with our roof replacement. The communication was excellent with both Eddie and Alex. The crew worked very hard and quickly, getting our job done in one day. They did an excellent job cleaning up and there was no damage to any of our plants and shrubs. Because they put tarps down and used a magnet to find any stray nails, the clean up was thorough. The roof should last longer than our old one due to the quality shingles used.

Absolutely excellent! Smooth sequence - first Eddie (inspection, materials & estimate), then Alex (schedule, materials), and finally Nick Ziegler's team (installation, repairs). I felt comfortable - rewarded actually - with the whole roofing crew; they were focused, coordinated, skilled, and trustworthy. Nick Ziegler, Project Manager, focuses on quality and owner specific concerns-Issues ... and addresses-solves them! He found three issues not known by me, which I really appreciated!

Checked leak, advised my options and replaced the roof

I am disappointed with Newman Roofing. When the salesman for Newman Roofing gave an estimate for the replacement of my ridge vent, I provided to him the brand and color of my current ridge cap shingles. I thought that the same brand and color of ridge cap shingles would be used. Instead, another brand and color of shingles were used, and they were regular 3 tab shingles instead of ridge cap shingles. I assumed that ridge cap shingles would be installed, as the estimate indicated.

Came two different times, second time found a possible area casing leak and patched it.

I had to get my roof replaced after it was damaged by a storm this spring. I acquired five estimates from different companies. Newman's was not the highest nor the lowest priced quoted. The whole process with Newman Roofing went well. The material used was of high quality. The tear off, installation and clean up was performed in less then 6 hours. Newman Roofing did a good job. I would hire them again and would recommend them to others. The only negative issue I had was a slight delay in getting my warranty paper work processed.

I can say that the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. They took such good care of us and were professional and courteous. Our new roof is beautiful!

Did not use. Price was much higher than two other bidders. Package offered was excellent and well presented.

We had a hail storm in June and noticed that our neighbors were having their roofs inspected. We had several companies out to assess the damage and give us estimates. Newman roofing was the only company that spent the time to really inspect the roof and gave us an estimate that was legitimate and not dependent on whether or not we used our insurance for the repairs. Eddie met with myself and my husband; he was on time (they even send texts to let you know they're on their way and to keep you updated) and very professional. He explained the whole process to us in detail and answered all of our questions. The roof was completed ahead of schedule and in one day. The gutters were replaced yesterday. Everything looks amazing and we have a great warranty. We have renovated almost our entire house since June, and this has been the easiest process yet. Thank you Newman Roofing!

I really appreciated the team of 12 coming out– on a Saturday– to get our roof replaced before winter sets in.
