Home Inspection
I needed a thorough inspection, as I did not need any surprises during the first few years of home ownership. I was seriously wrong about its condition. There were moisture problems throughout, un-glazed window panes ready to fall out upstairs, and windows that were broken and couldn't be opened. Major issues in the basement, not seen by untrained eyes. Ron did some measuring, and advised me three of the walls were "bowed". He found rotted wood from prior termite damage, major water seepage areas, and when he tried to inspect the furnace, the cover was rusted on from the moisture and lack of care. The basement was deemed defective with Recommended Repairs. Ron spent hours on this inspection, and had it not been for his thoroughness, I would have purchased this house, and would have been very much up the creek without a paddle! Thank you! Thank you! Money well spent!
