Marioth Custom Construction, LLC

My wife and I saved up for 4 years in order to remodel a kitchen and small bathroom. After getting three bids for the work, we hired Marioth Custom Construction based on a friend’s recommendation and their competitive schedule (Shawn estimated 6 weeks for completion). At the time of writing, it has been 18 weeks and Shawn & Blake Marioth have effectively abandoned the project. My bathroom is unusable and the work in the kitchen is incomplete and shoddy. Almost immediately, delays began piling up. Shawn and his crew would not show up to work and I would get new excuses every week. When the crew did show up, they would often leave after a few hours because they didn’t have materials on site to do the work. The work that was completed was shoddy and amateurish: - We have no shower in our bathroom. - He installed the wrong cabinet in the bathroom - All “custom” carpentry was sloppy (gaps, popped nails, rough edges) - Lights are flickering - Grout is missing between tiles
