Contractor agreed we would obtain the replacement amenities (vanity, faucets, toilet, tile, lighting fixtures, fans) to avoid markup, and contractor supplied the labor for all the work except painting. They took the room down to bare walls and floor boards. Took contractor's recommendation on changes to room (took out soffit, tiled over window) and are very happy with result. Cost listed is approximately what we paid the contractor; stuff we supplied was about $5,000 more.

Timothy Flinn is an amazing contractor. He was puntcual, professional, organized, and is great person. We enjoyed the overall experience, especially after many failed attemps with other contractors. So blessed to have found him and would recommend him to anyone. We will definitely use him again when we are able. Thanks Tim!

Tim was pleasant and professional, and coped with the inevitable issues that pop up in an older home in a creative and flexible way. I plan to use his company for my next renovation project!

The floor came out beautifully. It was a relatively small job and Flinn Built was the only company of five A-rated companies on Angie's List that I tried who would fit me in in a short time. Also, Tim, the company's owner, showed real integrity when his tile man failed to show up on the morning he was scheduled. As compensation, the work was finished the next day and my grouting was done for free. Tim was very involved and made sure everything else went very smoothly. I look forward to hiring his company again when needed.

Overall very well, the gentlemen who performed the work were professional and really knew what they were doing. They did an awesome job on my basement walls and I am thrilled that I finally have a correctly installed dryer vent pipe. My only complaint is that the the owner (Mr. Flynn) does not always respond in a timely manner. He had a really big job going at the same time as our scheduled maintenance and so communication with him was difficult. I would suggest he get someone to handle communications in a more timely manner.

We had a very small entrance to our attic and a very tricky space that wouldn't support a traditional drop down ladder. We found an alternative ladder on line but weren't sure if it would work. We reached out to Flinn. He researched the ladder, the carpentry needed to be done, and even contacted the manufacturer to make sure he wasn't missing everything before doing the work. Him and his crew cleaned up well, were nice to our kids, and even let our dogs out when I went to work. We are very happy with the work.

Tim was fabulous. Hire him immediately. He dealt with a number of issues in our house promptly, professionally and with great care. He had to search for parts difficult to find and did so, both around Columbus and online. He improvised when needed. He is friendly and easy to be around. He took our over-helpful, always-in-the-way dogs in stride, no problem. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He has a wide range of knowledge and skill; in our case, he dealt with plumbing, door repair and hanging, a ceiling fan problem, a broken patio umbrella, and a drainage issue. He could deal with much more. The best person we’ve ever had fix things for us.

Mr. Flinn gave me a minimum charge by email before he did the work, and his final invoice accurately reflected costs for the time he spent and the materials he purchased. I had already purchased the light fixture

They did an awesome job. Came out to find out what needed to be done. Made measurements and came back out a few days later to replace the siding. They even took care of areas that were not part of the project with the extra siding they had. We will definitely use again!

Work was done satisfactory. Only problem was that after spending, he determined that an architectural engineer was needed to determine if the garage was safe! Only other thing was I thought $45 to put in a cheap fire detector was a bit much.

Estimate and job completed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Tim and his team were very thorough throughout the project. During the estimate, Tim took copious notes, drew a diagram, and took pictures. He provided us with a diagram of the work to be done, and was very open to what we wanted to do. (such as we wanted to re-use slats from our previous railings - he was the only contractor who knew how to build the rails to support the slats). He was very flexible with the estimate process, as we decided to do the demolition work ourselves, and he kept modifying the estimate as we added/removed work from the scope of the project. The team was very detailed in their work and extremely consistent in the quality of the work being performed. They were creative in problem solving as issues came up, and they kept us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up every day and were very flexible with our family's schedule. The finished product is fantastic, and we can't say enough about Tim and his team. We would certainly use them again and highly recommend their services!

Everything with Tim went great - he was quick to come out and give a reasonable quote for my gutter and soffit replacement, and also quick to get the job done properly. Couldn't ask for anything more!

He did a phenomenal job! Our sun porch was built by a different company and Tim had to come in and redo most of the work. He was able to come out quickly and finish the entire project from start to finish in about 14 days. He was able to resolve the issues with the carpentry, electrical and Cotex flooring. He was very thorough and even referred us to an awesome landscaper. He was upfront and honest with his assessment. He was very clear on how this pricing was broken down and explained every line item, where it was sourced and even his profit margin. He made us feel confident and was clearly works with a lot of integrity. Overall he was very skilled and we're highly impressed.

Awesome job. I expected only the damaged area we found under the deck to be replaced but Tim had extra siding and took care of other spots he did not have too. Definitely would hire him again. I have many more projects to complete.
