I would give them an A because if you're not satisfied they will redo what they did. They'll talk to you and discuss what they'll do next. They also have good customer service.

Their professionalism, service and cleanup were all very good. They showed up promptly, worked well and cleaned up.

We found their pricing to be competitive and their work high quality, but in recent years it has been nearly impossible to get them to be responsive to us. Perhaps they have outgrown the type of work we need done? I'm not sure, but if that is the case, it would have been nice for them to talk with us about it. We trusted their work and thought highly of them (recommending them to our friends and neighbors), and certainly would have understood, if that was the case. As it was, we were left feeling we were begging them to take our money, and then they didn't even do that. For the sake of their company, I hope they develop better project management and member service, or there will definitely be more customers like us who take their business elsewhere.

After 3 phone calls to this company they finally came out to do an estimate. That took over 2 weeks just for that. Then when I did agree to have the services provided, I called and told them. I called on a Tuesday and was told that Jon was in a meeting and would call me back in an hour or so. He never called. I called back on Wednesday and spoke with Kelly and she said that Jon would call me back. He called me back that same day and told me that the project manager would call me on Friday to let me know when they could come out. That was 2 weeks and still no call. needless to say I will not be using them or referring them for services.

They are phenomenal. They are absolutely outstanding. I am really happy with their services. One of the trees died and they came back next year and replaced it. They are really amazing.

Two men worked for two full days. They removed all the old stones around each flower bed and loaded them on a large trailer bed to haul away. They pulled all the annual plants out of the flower beds and took them off to be thrown away. New stone walls were installed around each bed. Some cutting of the stones was involved. After the walls were built, dirt was shoveled into each bed to bring it up to the ledge on top of the walls. Then each flower bed was mulched. Fire bushes on either side of our building were pruned.
After our initial phone call to the company, Jon came out the next day to meet with us and go over what we wanted to do in the front of our building. He emailed me the estimate the next day. We signed off on the estimate and he scheduled the work to be done on exactly the day we requested. The stone for the walls and the dirt to fill in the beds were delivered the day before the work was scheduled. Two men came out early on the first work day. They were very friendly, hard-working, and conscientious. They were still working when our office closed and our staff left for the day. The next day, it rained a little in the early morning, but as soon as the rain quit, the two men were back at our office to finish their work. They finished a little before we closed our office on the second day. They cleaned everything up, including leaves and weeds that were here before they even started. The parking lot was cleaner than it has ever been! Our clients have had nothing but good comments about the pretty stone walls in the front of our building. We couldn't be happier.

This was a first class operation from start to finish. Scott (the company president) came out with his architect and presented us with an initial concept sketch which my wife and I refined several times. We then picked out pavers and color and, though we changed our minds a couple of times, Scott always gave us his suggestions without trying to force a particular product or solution. He committed to have the project done by December 9, 2011 (weather permitting). He went to his supplier and brought us samples of the stones that he had recommended for use as outcrop stones, the stone to be used as the step and stepper stones to be used by the faucet and the end of the porch. When he went to place the order for the materials that we selected, he ran into a problem with his supplier who was out of the 16" x 16" pavers which we needed for the pattern we had chosen. He sent one of his team and a truck up to Michigan from Ohio to pick up the pavers which cost him a whole day in time plus fuel at his cost. His team finished on 12/9/11 as promised and he had someone come out to do a little touch up work that he had noticed during his inspection of the completed job. He also agreed to do a walk-over in the spring in case ground heave causes some issues this winter. First Impressions did an outstanding job. If you're looking for landscaping in the central-Ohio area, these are folks for the job.
