Requested a quote for old shed removal and building a new shed in a new place in the backyard. Quote was appropriately given. They scheduled the work on July 3rd, even though its an observed holiday day. Johnathan and a helper came, neatly removed the old shed, and very professionally built the new shed. Total of 6 hours+ used in 94 degree hot weather. Highly recommend them to any one who needs shed removal/relocation/build. I selected wood shed as its more durable.

Jonathan was great to talk to, personable, and answered any questions we had.  They had a substantial backlog, so it took about six weeks from when we ordered the shed to when they were able to install it.  They were running late that day coming from another install, so they got here about an hour later than they planned that afternoon, but they were able to finish the project in the same day.  They built a wooden base and filled it with large gravel to create a level platform for the shed, which was an extra charge beyond the cost of the shed. At our request they had included the base in the quote, but we were still surprised by how much slope our yard had.  It was completely worth it for us to pay them to build the base. Then they painted the pre-cut boards and built the shed on the site, including putting shingles on the roof and hanging the doors and installing the lock.  It was about 5 hours from when they first arrived to when they finished cleaning up and left.  The shed looks great and is exactly what we wanted. 

It took a while to schedule them, but it was worth it. Happy for them that business is good. Jonathan and his associate arrived just when they said they would, and went right to work. They had our shed up in about 3 hrs. Even our neighbors commented on the quality and the speed at which it was completed. They cleaned up and left the yard as though they hadn't even been here. Their price was very reasonable, and I would certainly call on them again.

We started looking for a Garden Shed in February while it was still snowing. We had a few delays in coordinating our schedule with Jonathon's due to the weather. Through these delays his communication with me was excellent. He ended up coming to our house on a Friday night after I got off work to discuss the options. We decided what we wanted and signed a contract that night. He gave us a time frame for the installation and said he would be in touch. We talked several times before "building day" to make sure the permit was in place and that we were ready to go. Once we had an install date, he told me what time he would be here, he arrived on time with a helper, and worked non-stop until the building was up and complete. The whole process was very easy. I had several questions along the way and he responded to my emails in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use this company again if the need comes up. I have pretty high customer service expectations due to the work I am involved in  and he met every one of my expectations!

Great experience from start to finish.  Build ended up being one of the coldest days of the winter, but free from snow.  Jonathan and his worker were incredible throughout the day, even when they needed to put their air compressor in their truck periodically to warm up.

The entire process was fantastic from Johnathon coming to my house to give me an estimate to the actual construction of the shed.
The team of three were at my house when they said they would be there and did a great job of building the shed.  I could not be happier with the work that they did and the quality of the shed.

I contacted several providers here on Angie's list about my desire to replace an old, rotten shed with a new, custom design shed. My initial message was long and detailed.
Jonathon was the first to reply back and immediately seemed vested in the project.
He worked with me to understand my needs and explained all the options that were available to me. He was very, very patient while I asked questions and sorted out the smallest of details - right down to the trim on the windows and doors!
We started with a picture of the type of building I wanted and I ended up with one that was even better than I hoped.

Unit was built at Jonathan's shop and delivered to my home. I really like his designs and the thought that goes into his sheds. He is easy to work with and helped me with questions on preparing the base as I did that portion myself. I feel you get a better product from Jonathan than what I could buy elsewhere at a price that was not that much more than ordering a kit which I would still have to take the time to assemble. Jonathan takes good care of customers and does things the right way.

Jonathan and his other carpenter were very professional and detail oriented. They asked permission to drive their truck on the lawn to get the large load of materials closed to the build site, which I appreciated, some contractors feel they have a rubber stamp to do whatever they want on your property. They had the whole building neatly stacked. Sides and doors were pre-built for faster assembly on the job site. Impressed with the build quality, lumber quality and fine details such as metal windows, door locks, hooks and eyes for latching the doors in open position. Quality exterior grade siding with nice pattern. Good paint and shingle work. They start at 11am and were done before 5pm. Fast and good cleanup after the job. Would hire again without question.

The quality of Jason's sheds are really second to none. I purchased a unit that had constructed at his site off Morse Road. It has several nice features like tongue and groove siding, a metal roof, and a screened window. I got this shed to replace one that had been demolished by a felled tree during the dercho on June 30, 2012. This shed has lofts built into either end, and the interior is high enough I don't have to stoop over to enter or move around inside. Additionally, the floor is treated plywood and not strand board (used by other builders). Jason delivered the shed on the date he promised, loaded on the back of a flat-bed truck. He even called me while on route to advise that he was slowed by heavy traffic. Using his and quot;muleand quot;, he drove the shed off his truck, around the side my house to the spot I wanted the shed situated. All my neighbors came out to watch him place my shed, and they were amazed that he was able to move something that large all by himself and without damaging the lawn. Now that I've had the shed a couple of years, I am still satisfied with the shed. I would not hesitate to use Alum Creek Garden Buildings again.

Jonathan was great and his product is priced competitively. I visited the lot on Morse rd and talked with Jonathan about our wants/needs. We agreed on a model, add ons and cost. He was patient with all of my questions and over analysis. We put $100 down and paid the balance once the shed was built on our lot. He has some great pre-built sheds at great prices already built on his lot--but due to our fence, we needed a shed built on site. I am attaching photos. We love the shed. We did not put down gravel or cement and he leveled the shed on cement blocks as well as smart siding shims. He guaranteed the work so I'm trusting that the shed will remain level. He's a very nice guy and I I would recommend him to anyone looking for a competitively priced quality shed.

We wanted a shed in order to get some stuff out of our garage and to house a new riding mower. We like the products on the company's web site. Jonathan was very responsive. The work was completed promptly and to our satisfaction at a fair price.

Located company's website and visited Alum Creek Garden Buildings in early September. Was impressed with what I saw and signed a contract to have a shed built. Later that afternoon they came to my home to do a site survey. Said it would be 5 - 6 weeks for delivery. Due to weather they were unavoidably delayed by about a week. On day of delivery they arrived at exactly the agreed upon time. Construction took about two hours. When finished they thoroughly cleaned the job site.
I am impressed with the quality and value of the product and the professionalism of Mr. Champer and his associates. I would use this company again and I would highly recommend Alum Creek Garden Buildings to my friends.
