They responded within 24 hours. I texted the job description which was removing an old freezer and taking it away plus move in a working freezer from a different location on property. They called the next day and said they could fit it in that day, which I gladly approved. Friendly, fast (got down to business) and they even did a couple of more items for me. I will call them again.
