VERY WELL WHEN THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE JOB. ROOF WAS LEAKING BADLY WHEN I CALLED. THERE WAS A DELAY IN DOING THE JOB I ASSUME DUE TO THE NUMBER OF JOBS AHEAD OF ME. IT REQUIRED A CALL TO GET SOME IMMEDIATE ACTION DONE TO COVER THE ROOF WITH PLASTIC BEFORE THEY COULD ACTUALLY DO THE JOB. NO PROBLEMS WITH ROOF SINCE THE JOB COMPLETED.

Delt mainly with Wayne. He is very patient and communicates in a timely manner. Met also with Mr. Tango and he filled in when Wayne was on vacation. Also very nice. The crew (must include Phil) were very hard working and professional. They cleaned up the area to look spotless and no nails left behind! The orginal roof is 9 years old with a little weathering and Wayne matched the color of the new shingles to that of the old. You cannot tell the difference. All in all, a great experience and so far, very happy I chose them.

We were battling a leak over our porch all throughout winter.  We calked everything you could possibly caulk but it was still leaking.  Come spring, we contacted Tango and Gatti to come take a look at it.  Within a few minutes, they figured out where the leak was likely occurring.  A few days later they came out, relaid some shingles and flashing and fixed the leak within a few hours.  I am grateful for their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good roofing company.

Tango and Gatti were superb! I cannot say enough about them. My home experienced roof damage during 2 July storms, so my new roof was the result of an insurance claim which I had never dealt with before. The owner was beyond helpful in explaining the entire process. He offered various suggestions and if I had an idea he would explain why it could be a "good" or a "bad" idea. I truly appreciated his openess and honesty. He was always available to answer any questions and kept in constant contact from the 1st meeting to the last meeting.
When the job was actually being done, all of the workers were expediant and friendly and worked swiftly and professionally. They were careful to keep the area clean and did a great job to make sure no mess was left behind. They took care of business! 
I also had shutters replaced and they too look great. I had never had shutters on the back of my house, but will have them installed as soon as they come in. The owner helped and explained to me just what areas should have shutters - he did not take advantage of me and have me purchase shutters for areas that would not be seen. I appreciate his honesty and his good business practices. It says volumes about Tango & Gatti! 
I feel confident that Tango & Gatti will stand behind their work and will always be available if I have any further issues or questions. I am so happy I discovered Tango & Gatti!You will be too!

I had gotten many estimates on my roof, not only was their estimate the best but I liked that the service was personal and professional. When I had questions or concerns I always got an almost immediate response. That kind of customer service is hard to find.  The crew showed up on the date we scheduled for. I was told it may take all day and maybe come back the next for cleanup. After only 4 1/2 hours crew was done with roof and cleanup. The person in charge of job went over job with us and said the person who takes care of siding would be here tomorrow. I liked that they informed me of what was going on before they left. The next day the guy came to do siding & facia. He was also very professional & did a great job doing all the finishing touches.

The experience was fine. We had to have them come back to finish a job but they came right back. They did not overcharge. They came in unprepared because they didn't realize they had another side to do so that's why they had to come back.

It went Great.  Don Gatti helped out so much with all the insurance paperwork and contacts.  He met the adjuster at the house and helped point out damage.  He fixed the house for the cost of the estimate, and even fixed a few other things for free.  Other than a brand new roof, you couldn't tell they were there.  I couldn't find one nail in the grass when they were done.  He even came back and fixed one small issue that I saw, which may have even been there before they did the work.  I couldn't have been happier with the work they did and I will have them finish the rest of the house next summer (when I have a little more money saved).

The work went very smoothly and was done it a timely and professional manner with no surprise fees or add on charges of any kind.  The finished roof looks excellent and we were very happy with the services provided.

The replacement of my roof was on time and the crew they employed to finish the job was very friendly and efficient.  I was thoroughly impressed that the owners stopped by to see that the job was complete and cleaned up to my satisfaction. The roof looks great!!!!!

Tango & Gatti had done work for a friend of mine.  He raved about the service, and told me they do free roof inspections.  We had a really bad storm with hail & high winds so I called and they came right out & checked the roof.  They didn't find any hail damage, but they found some wind damage.  Really professional service & worked with our insurance company to resolve the claim.  In the meantime the roof started to leak.  Tango & Gatti sent a guy out & repaired the part of the roof that was leaking.  The owner even came out on a Sunday to check the roof and caulked another part that he was concerned about.  Everything was resolved very quickly and our roof is fixed with very little out of pocket cost.  Minimal cost to say the least.
I think these guys really go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy.  They seem very professional and different from most roofers I've dealt with in the past.  They have a "can do" attitude.
I would not normally spend the time to write a review, but these guys saved me so much money and went so far past my expectations that I was glad to do it.  They've also helped a few of my friends out and I've never heard anything but good about them.

Roof shingles were damaged by strong wind.  IMy husband began to look for a company to replace the roof. The roof is very steep which requires a roofing company that has experenced replacing this type roof. An associate recommended the company and assured me from his experience would perform the work efficiently and with quality results. The company did in fact perform the work timely, and their employees performed the job excellently. They completed the job timely and left the area clean. I would use this company for any future work and would also recommed them for anyone requiring this type work.

Tango and Gatti were very professional and had the job complete within a week of the initial contact.  Excellent job would recommend to anyone.

When our carport fell in they came out immediately and helped us file a claim as we never had to before.  They met the adjuster so that I didn't have to worry about it.  They were able to settle with the adjuster on my behalf to build back the carport better than before.  This summer they had it easy :)  all we needed this time was some gutters replaced.  They are excellent to deal with.  Very friendly and professional.  I also saw that they did my neighbors roof a few weeks ago and it looks great!

On October 30, 2012 a huge storm hit our neighborhood. Our ceiling began to leak and we needed help immediately. We called Tango &Gatti to help resolve our leak issue. They came promptly to stop the leaky ceiling. They thoroughly assessed our roof and attic. It was very apparent our roof was damaged from the storm and needed replaced. They immediately put tarps on our roof to stop any further damage. Don Gatti was very professional and took care of all the "red tape" that was involved when working with the insurance companies. They had our brand-new, lifetime-guarantee roof on in no time. Their crew of professionals showed up to our home at 8am, and we had a brand-new roof by 3pm. We were thoroughly impressed!! We highly recommend Tango & Gatti!!

The roof was done and all was cleaned up within 10 hours, they had little time left because a storm was brewing in. they have a roller tool that they use to clean up nails. They gentlemen are very personable and know how to get the job done. I recommend this company to anyone

It went great!! They showed up, put it on and had everything put on in an hr to 1hr 30min. I'm very impressed with this company. I plan on having them put window, garage door, and man doors all wrapped with aluminum in the near future. I was impressed to see the contractor out on the job site the day of the installation. I highly recommend Tango & Gatti to anyone!

We had a great experience with Tango and Gatti. The original date for the roof replacement was rained out but they were able to be there the very next morning to replace the roof. All of the crew members were very curtious. My wife was very impressed by the repsectful way the workers would caller her mama and offered to move tarps for her and our 2 sons to get to our van. Our houseis 2 stories with an attached garage and they had it all done before 2 o'clock. The roof looks great and the clean up was meticulous. I couldn't be happier with their work and would definitly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job putting a new roof on our home! Also, they were very conscientious. They even talked with neighbors about potential noise. All done in one day and cleaned up everything.

First off let me say that my wife and I are very happy with the work Tango and Gatti performed. Now let me give some back story to our entire situation. We had new shingle put on our roof in June of 2011 and new siding installed in October of the same year. To put it nicely the work that was performed by the contractor we hired was very poor. I don't have a lot of experience with siding installation, but I could tell that it wasn't installed correctly. That being said I began looking for contractors to fix the issues that I could physically see. We contacted seven different contractors and when they heard they would be fixing someone else's mistakes they declined to quote our job. Finally after talking with my insurance company on water damage caused by contractor neglect. Our insurance adjuster gave me the name and number for Tango and Gatti and said that they do work for the insurance company. I called Don Gatti the following day and set up an appointment. Our meeting with Mr. Gatti was very informative and I found him to be a straight shooter. If he couldn't answer a question he was truthful and said he was unsure but he would find out and let me know. And he did!!  I was very impressed with his responsiveness and integrity. Originally I thought we were going to need to replace the decking of our roof, but after inspection Mr. Gatti said that he wouldn't replace it as it was still solid and had many years left on it. Of all of the entities I talked to Tango and Gatti were the first to tell me I didn't need to do something, in fact most were telling me I needed to do more. I very much appreciated the honesty.
 As we walked around the house I asked how bad he thought it was and his reply was " I won't speak bad of another contractors work, let's just say we wouldn't have used this installation method." I really think of all the conversations I had with Mr. Gatti this quote set the professional tone for this entire job. 
 About a week before the actual work started Mr. Gatti came over and we reviewed the quote and looked at the siding again to make sure I didn't see anything else that may have needed to be replaced. And to double check the measurements on the windows that were being replaced.
 And a week later the crew started working. These guys were top notch and didn't mind that I asked questions about how the job was going or what they had planned next. I really appreciated being kept in the loop. These guys worked fast and efficiently. They had the whole job complete in two - eight hour days. The quality of work is exceptional!!!
