Everything was great. They were here when they said they would be and it took less time than expected. We've purchased a lot of furniture from them over the years and their service has always been top notch.

Order many different pieces from store (due to the deal including free delivery) , but had to cancel order due to the unprofessional manner of the salesman.  We bought many of the same pieces from a different store at a slight higher price.  But we did not have to work with someone whos sole concern is their commission.

They said it would be right about 6 weeks for the furniture to come in.  I have probably used Andreas for about 10 years for different things.  They haven't done any interior design or decorating for me.  I have just ordered or I have gone there and picked up furniture.  They are a company that stands behind their product.  If you have a problem, they will send somebody out to look at it and take care of it.  When you go in there and talk to a sales person there, they don't pressure you.  They will come over to you and ask you if you need any help.  If you are just looking, they will leave you alone.  You can just look through the store.  They will tell you to ask them if you need any help and they will answer any questions you have.  They are comparable with everybody else on the price.  Furniture is expensive when you have to go buy it.  You go out to Andreas a lot of times and you think it is a little bit higher there than somewhere else, but it's not a lot higher when you think of the service you get.  They deliver free within a 100 mile radius.  When they tell you they will be there, they are there.  They are very careful how they bring your furniture in.  You don't have to worry about it.  They are not clumsy with it.  They cover it with covers when they haul it.  They do a really excellent job.

They have a large delivery area. They deliver in the Columbus area every two weeks. I recommend them highly.

The salesperson who helped us to pick out the furniture was professional and courteous, patient and no-pressure. We enjoyed working with her. Our choices were easy and we already knew pretty much what we wanted. The delivery people were especially helpful. They took all the time we needed to place the furniture in the bedroom, set it all up exactly as we wanted, answer questions, and there was no rush at all from them to get it done.

WOW! WHAT CAN I SAY. IF YOU NEED HELP SELECTING AND BUYING GREAT FURNITURE - GO TO ANDREAS AND THEN TALK WITH BONNIE DOMBECK, THE DIRECTOR OF SALES. SHE WAS WONDERFUL AND WE PICKED OUT GREAT STUFF.... AND WITH FREE SHIPPING TO COLUMBUS, THAT WORKED GREAT FOR US. SHE SPENT 4-5 HOURS WITH US INITIALLY, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE ON THE PHONE. AND WE ARE TALKING WITH ANDREAS / BONNIE IN ORDER TO BUY MORE FURNITURE! PRICES WERE GREAT... MUCH BETTER THAN IF WE HAD BOUGHT THE SAME ITEMS IN COLUMBUS.

WE WENT UP TO SUGAR CREEK BASED ON THE RATING ON ANGIE'S LIST. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE TRIP. WE SAVED $1,500 OVER THE BEST PRICE IN COLUMBUS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING.

STEVE JOHNSON WAS TERRIFIC IN HIS HELP WITH COLORS, FABRIC AND CHOICE OF VARIOUS PIECES. THE PRICES BEAT ANYPLACE WE COMPARED AND THE SHIPPING IS FREE. THEY DELIVER WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. NO WAITING AROUND ALL DAY AND WONDERING IF THEY ARE COMING.

THEY ONLY DELIVER TO COLUMBUS ONCE A WEEK, BUT ITS FREE. I THINK IT'S ON TUESDAY, BUT NOT SURE.

CARRY ALL THE TOP MANUFACTURERS, BUT PRICES ARE MUCH CHEAPER THAN BIG RETAIL STORES. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL WITH DELIVERY AND CAREFUL MOVING THE FURNITURE IN.
