Ordered remodeling for kitchen and bathroom in March 2012. Took from end of May 2012 till October 2012 to complete...but still have things not done....they said they're finished. They measured and cut wrong on countertop and made me feel like all their measurements were my fault, when they were the measuring team. Dishwasher install very poor. Forgot to put in kickplate (still not on...they threw it away with packing materials....I obtained another one, which is still sitting in box). Cut the newer flooring and edging to place dishwasher, cut out space too large, so old wood flooring shows in front of dishwasher base. Didn't seal backsplash grout, which is now cracked and stained. Bathroom: Charged for their putting in custom built countertop, and ceramic tile flooring. I ended up buying a vanity cabinet with sink and plumbing. Bought chairrail to cover old countertop cut-out in wall tile. They talked me into linoleum floor, told me ceramic would be cold and slippery in bathroom. After six months of delays, they installed linoleum flooring over old patterned linoleum floor. Pattern from old flooring came through new linoleum...they are giving me a hard time about replacing it. They have had larger projects with other customers and have consistantly put me on the back burner. As far as they are concerned we are finished. Yet, I paid for ceramic tile and custom built vanity....which I don't have...and, I paid for the new bought vanity, plumbing and chair rail, which was included in original price quote. Do not recommend their services.
