First of all its nice to know that you can still get someone out to your house for repairs. I contacted Videolab for problems with my tv. I spoke with Todd who was extremely polite and very professional. He was able to schedule me for early the next morning for my service call. He was here when he said he would be here and only charged me what he said the service call charge was. although my tv was beyond help Todd went out of his way to come back later the same day and hook up a new tv that I purchased. He went above and beyond my expectations. That was great customer service. You don't find that to much any longer. I highly recommend Todd and the nice folks at Videolab for tv repair and their video services.

Todd was able to give me an estimate the day after i dropped the TV off and completed the work in just a couple of days. The TV works fine now and the repair was much cheaper than replacing the set. Very pleasant to deal with.

Todd showed up promptly for the return service call, and within the two hour window for the initial service call.  The reasonable $80 initial service call fee was deducted from the repair bill, which was in accordance with the estimate.  He was just the type of person and Videolab is the kind of business I prefer to deal with, a small local business, interested in taking care of its customers.  I hope they stay in business another 40 years!

Excellent, professional job. The whole family loved it.

Videolab was very responsive. They were able to come to my house the day I called to see why my TV (50 inch Plasma screen) wasn't working. Turned out a fan had gone bad. They ordered the part and were back in a couple days to replace it. They were in and out in about 30 minutes and the TV is working just fine again. Todd, the technician, was very professional and helpful. He explained the cost upfront and was true to the estimate. I'd definitely call them again if I need work done on any of my TVs.

We have a 9 yr old projection TV that developed a problem with the color convergence.  The color red decided to do its own thing.  Service was prompt and as scheduled.  Todd, Manager/Technician, was friendly and very thorough.  He explained the problem and what would have to be done.  The final result was a TV picture that is as clear and sharp as when we first got it.  He not only repaired the convergence controls, but cleaned the mirror, projection lamps and the interior of the screen.  Job well done!

I was very pleased with the service they performed.  They did a very good job in transferring the film onto DVD.  I would use them again and recommend them to other people.  They added music onto the DVD and did a very good job in picking the music.

PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE MORE TRANSFERRING THEY DO, THE MORE MONEY THEY SAVE.
