Wonderful, excellent company who always does a top notch job.

The owner came by to the house to meet me and evaluate the job before they came for the clean. She was super nice, professional and punctual. She took notes on my pain points in the home and issues I had with past cleaning services. We scheduled an appointment and she and her 2 woman crew returned the following week to clean the house. The staff who came were on time, friendly, and work oriented. They had some casual friendly conversation with my babysitter and me and worked efficiently through the areas that needed cleaning. While they appeared to be thorough in their approach, I found out after they left and started reviewing the work that there were some areas that were not cleaned well at all. Namely hardwood floors in the kitchen were streaky and some spots missed to clean; master bath toilet was left unfinished to clean (cleaning material left on seat and in toilet bowl); master bath counters still had hair on them from my husband's shaving area along the back of the countertop backsplash, as well as hair behind my vanity tray that gets stuck there when I blow dry my hair; items in the family room appeared to be dusted around versus dusted off; cat fur was not vacuumed off living room couch (could clearly see black fur on the side where the cat sleeps) and was not vacuumed off the chair in my office where my other cat sleeps that was also clearly loaded with fur. It was disappointing in the end to me because I really liked the owner and the woman who came and they were professional, friendly, and on time, just not thorough enough of a cleaning job for me to endorse them to others looking for a cleaning service nor to clean my house ongoing.

They come in on time, pet my dog and get to work on a full cleaning of the home: hardwood floors, windows, fans, kitchen appliances, vacuum carpets and furniture, et cetera. There is usually a crew of 3 people. What we really like is the fact that they text us the day before a scheduled service to remind us about the service date.

I chose them because they seemed to be the most thorough.
