TROPICARE LANDSCAPING

Last service was snow plow, however, Tim cut our lawn and plowed for us for a number of years, and service was great. This past spring we tried to contact him about a few things and never heard from him, we can't figure out why he dropped us. We have a new contractor for our lawn, and service is good, and cheaper [member name removed]

Tim was backed up when we decided to have him do the job, but promised he would get to us in a couple of weeks, and he did.
He was on time, took his time, and did a great job. 
We are considering giving him our weekly lawn maintenance work if we can break the  contract we are presently.

Tropicare Landscaping mows and trims our lawn - as well as plows the driveway and shovels the walks during the winter. They are friendly, punctual - and send a very reasonable bill at the end of the month. Easy to work with - and no drama.

We had used this lawn service for about a year. This spring, they did a very, very sloppy job with our lawn on one particular visit, having obviously run the mower very quickly, in the rain. There were deep, muddy grooves in our back yard that time, but we let it go.
Today, however, a second occasion of extremely poor and unprofessional performance has caused us to terminate our use of Tropicare service. We have several beds of daffodils and tulips in our front yard, completely within mulched-over areas. On their lawn mowing visit today, they weed-whacked all of those flowers down. Even though the blooms were done for the season, as any gardener knows, you let the green leaves go until they naturally dry up and wither. In the time of the season when the tulips and daffodils store up energy for the next season of growth, Tropicare has hacked the life out of them.

We had a small pruning job that needed to be done. Mr. Knapp was prompt in getting back to us with an estimate and in completing the work. His price was very fair. The work he did was very professional. We are very pleased with his services and would definately use his services again.

Overall, good job, very responsive and they were available immediately to help us out.

Tim and helpers did a beautiful job. We were putting our house up for sale and everything looked fantastic. They edged the beds really deep and they looked so......good. We went ahead and had him maintain the yard the rest of the summer, until the house sold in August.

After spending the summer intending to do the work ourselves then waiting several weeks for another landscaper that kept saying he would be there next week, we called Tim. He came right over and we were embarrassed by how big our weeds were. We have beds at each corner of our drive: an island about 20' long, large beds on both sides of the front of our colonial, on the outside of about 10' of walkway, and then along the garage and around the back deck. Everything was a mess. Tim can over and gave us an estimate, then returned in a couple of days and completed the front. It did take him a couple of weeks to return and complete the work, but everything looked wonderful when complete. My only regret was I wish I had marked some of the perennial that were growing among the weeds. I have several that are gone. I blame myself, since the yard was so bad.

I am very happy with them. I've used them for quite a few years.
