Description of Work: OUR 32' TOSHIBA TV WENT DEAD. I CALLED TECHNI-CENTER WHO CAME TO OUR HOUSE ON TIME, PICKED UP PARTS AND RETURNED ON TIME. WHEN TV WENT DEAD AGAIN IN 104 DAYS BECAUSE OF A PART FAILURE, 14 DAYS PAST WARRANTY, THEY CAME OUT AND REPAIRED THE TV AGAIN - NO CHARGE. THEY BACKED THEIR WORK!
