Tami Haberman with the STrongsvile Rec Center conducts our corporate workout classes.
She is by far the best personal trainer I've ever worked in all areas of fitness training.

They have a very hospitable staff and the facility is as clean as a whistle. The center is very reasonably priced. The price listed is for a family of five for one year. The facility is very family oriented and everyone is welcome.
