Mike was prompt, courteous, and thorough in completing our home inspection. He took the time to meticulously inspect every inch of the house and answered all of our questions. Mike emailed a complete report the next day outlining everything we went over, including pictures of the observable areas. He was honest in the areas that would be easily fixable for a weekend warrior or which should be tackled by a professional. When I inquired about an optional additional test, he was honest and gave his professional opinion that it was not necessary due to a few features of the home that would mitigate any risk associated with what would be tested against. It is this integrity to give his honest, professional opinion instead of quickly pouncing on an upsell opportunity that may have impressed me the most. Mike performed a home inspection on my new home for me, arriving early and working with me for 2 hours in my unairconditioned 90F+ condo.  I am a first time home buying as he went through everything with me answering all my questions to the best of his abilities and telling me which fixes would be easy to do myself or hire someone to do for me.  He gave me a very comprehensive report and called a few days later to make sure I didn't further questions.  He was fantastic!
