Description of Work: SCHWANS PROVIDES HOME DELIVERY OF FROZEN FOODS. I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS AND HAD BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR PRODUCTS. I PLACED AN ORDER ON MARCH 11 BY PHONE AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION (BY EMAIL) THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON MARCH 13. I DID NOT RECEIVE DELIVERY. ON MARCH 14 I CALLED THEM TO REPORT THE LACK OF DELIVERY AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HEAR FROM THE LOCAL OFFICE NO LATER THAN COB MARCH 18. WHEN I HEARD NOTHING, ON MARCH 19 I SENT AN EMAIL AND THE RESPONSE SAID THEY WOULD FORWARD IT TO THE LOCAL OFFICE. AS OF TODAY (MARCH 21) I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.
