The price was on par with other contractors. The old driveway was removed and new driveway and patio was poured In about 2 days. So far, so good, 3 years later.

It went smooth. Hard workers. Very happy with the results.

The work was completed as per the contract & on time. Neighbors have commented on the excellent quality of the work. The patio is amazing ! It is pressed concrete that looks like slate. The edging on the cuts looks like actual slate, not just a cut! I love it. Vito made great suggestions that was so helpful. He also had to work with an electrician with no problems. Ragone did a great job.  Tore out and set forms in one day.  Poured concrete the next day.  Capped a storm drain and fixed a downspout drain at no extra charge.

Vito Ragone was very professional, timely, and did what he said they would do, when he said they would do it.  It was impressive to see Vito and his team working so hard and continually, especially in the excessive humidity and heat. He has a very strong work ethic - and it was very obvious throughout the entire project.  I cannot say enough about his work ethic - very impressive.  The job was started when he said it would be, and finished when he said it would be.  They cleaned up very nicely, and even put some extra dirt they dug up to expand my patio in a low spot in my back yard.  The end result is beautiful, and I would most certainly use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for quality concrete work at a fair price.

They did an excellent job! They were quick, they tore up our old driveway within an hour. When they did the finishing on the concrete, it was a great process I have never seen. They angled the driveway perfectly for the water to drain correctly into the street. The owner is an "all business" kind of guy, which I appreciated. His quote was the most reasonable and the work was great for the price. It looks so good that I have had people that have seen it ask who did the job.

RAGONE INC do quality work. They showed up when they said they would. They were good in their estimate.

They did beautiful work, but the service was bad. They were very difficult to work with.

Vito was not the least expensive, but he was the most responsive starting with being the first one to come and give a quote. Some other contractors never returned phone calls.

The job was done exactly as discussed with attention to all details, and on the schedule he originally laid out.

I am more than satisfied with the results, and professionalism of Vito, and his work crew. He came when he said he would, and did what he said he would do. He contacted me in advance to make me aware of his plans.

Once he was there he explained once again what he was going to do, and what cooperation he needed from me such as not walking on the concrete for one day, and not driving on it for 7 days after it was poured.

Once the job started he and the crew worked quickly and real hard. It was obvious he and the crew knew what they were doing.

When I asked questions (which I always do) to ensure that everything would be done the way I wanted they always answered my questions fully, and clearly with confidence.

The driveway, walkway, side stairs and wall not only look beautiful but most importantly ensure the removal of rain, and groundwater.

The price was reasonable and they did a really good job. They did great finish work on the job and it came out exactly like I expected it would.

They did a good job. We were happy with that. This year we have had several stains on the driveway. One came from mulch that was delivered and some of the others are from a car. We have tried in every way to get those stains removed. We have called him to get some advice, he didn't have anything substantial to say, but he did refer us to a stain removal company. We wanted him to come over and look at it, but he didn't do that. We were disappointed about that. We have sealed our driveway with the stains because we couldn't wait any longer.

Job took about 5 days to complete, 2 days to tear out the old and prepare for the new and 1 day to pour and finish (it rained a couple of days). They kept us informed daily about when they would arrive the following day and they were always on-time. Workers cleaned-up after themselves every day. The owner was always there overseeing the work. The crew was very efficient and experienced. They did everything they outlined in their quote and the driveway and walk look great.

They were very prompt. They gave us a reasonable, competitive price. They were responsive to suggestions and concerns that we had. It took them a day and a half and so far we are pleased with the work.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH VITO RAGONE, WHO GAVE ME THE QUOTE, ON ALL COUNTS. HE WAS PROMPT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE TOOK THE TIME TO WRITE UP A COMPREHENSIVE PROPOSAL AT THE TIME OF HIS VISIT. I HAD TWO OTHER PROPOSALS - BOTH TOP OF THE ANGIE'S LIST COMPANIES - ONE GAVE ME HIS BUSINESS CARD WITH A DOLLAR AMOUNT WRITTEN ON IT. HE ACTED AS IF HE DID NOT NEED MY BUSINESS. THE OTHER TWO COMPANIES GAVE ME QUOTES OF $8530 AND $8495 FOR THE SAME WORK. RAGONE DID EXCELLENT WORK AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY IN VIEW OF THE FACT THAT THEY DID THE JOB FOR OVER $2,000 LESS THAT THE OTHER BIDDERS.

HE HAD THE BEST PRICE WE FOUND, A GREAT CREW AND HE PERSONALLY DID THE FINISH WORK HIMSELF. HE WAS FAST, EFFICIENT AND WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM.

VERY HARD-WORKING, PRODUCED BEAUTIFUL REPLACEMENT DRIVEWAY. ETHNIC FAMILY SO ENGLISH SOMETIMES HARD TO UNDERSTAND.
