Decon was prompt and helpful. His estimate was thorough and he explained the problem in a way we could understand. Work was done promptly. Roof shingles had to be matched and happily I cannot tell where the line is between old and new shingles.

Mike was prompt and came out when promised.  He fixed the leak quickly.  He gave an estimate for fixes to the flashing and gutter/downspout issues.  He wasn't pushy or trying to sell me things I didn't need.  He was honest about telling me that the rest of my roof was fine.  Very reasonably priced and competent.  I will be using him again to complete the recommended work.  Very thankful to find a reasonably priced, prompt, and quality contractor.

Michael was very punctual in coming to look at the job I needed. He called me to discuss what he found when inspecting the roof and advised me of what needed to be done. Because it was such a small job, and he had some time available, he was able to complete the repair and gutter cleaning that same day.

Part of rake cover blew off during a winter storm. Called Priority Roofing and they had a couple of guys come out and fix it the next day. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

When I left a message for Priority Roofing, my call was returned within an hour.  The crew was punctual, professional and knowledgeable.  This was a great experience, and I would both recommend Priority to friends/family and use them in the future.

There was a one day delay from the proposed start date due to the weather but I was notified at a reasonable time and the crew arrived the following morning as promised. The crew was quite courteous and took care to limit damaging the fragile Spring grass in soft ground conditions. The job was completed by the end of the day to my complete satisfaction and the cleanup was fantastic. I was especially concerned about the cleanup due to having four dogs that frequent the area around the garage. Upon my inspection of the area at the completion of the work I was thrilled to find that except for the fantastic new roof there was absolutely no evidence that there was a major project completed by 3-4 workers. With my permission the crew used some partially rotted plywood sheets that I removed from the garage sides for ground cover (to help with the mud) and this was hauled away with the old shingles as a bonus for me.
Dealing with Priority Roofing was as pleasant as getting a roof project done can be and I have already recommended them to several friends interested in roofing projects and I won't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Mike and his crew were great! As I noted previously, first he repaired the leak/hole in my roof and didn't charge me. I asked him for an estimate for the roof tear-off and replacement - he gave me a detailed estimate and then a price of $600 for the gutter guards in addition to the $7100. He even told me that if we didn't have the money, that the current roof would be okay for awhile - no pressure at all. (He was very prompt in repairing hole - I called on Sat & he came on Mon a.m. And prompt in setting up a date for new roof)
I paid him when the roof was completed - exactly the amount of the estimate.
They started on a Thursday, worked 1/2 day because of a rain forecast, same the next day & finished up on Saturday morning. Mike notified me by phone about the potential problems with rain and that they would only tear off sections at a time, so they could cover as needed. The roof and gutter guards look great! They used GAP Timberline Lifetime HD Shingles (you can look at online) and installed ridge venting. They cleaned up every day perfectly - everything was neat and clean. He took care of obtaining the proper permits. I would highly recommend Priority.....and I already have to 3-4 people who asked for their information!

What a terrific company all around. They worked with our budget, were prompt, friendly. They cleaned up and were gone by dinner time. They ever had a little sweeper thin to clean the yard. About a week or so later we had a gutter leak( so I thought) after a biMike came out, climbed on the roof and found our gutters were clogged with stuff from the storm. NO LEAK, just backed up. Mike went from down spout to down spout and cleaned my gutters and would not take a thing for his time. We made a wise choice when we chose Priority Roofing. I'm spreading the word- THEY ARE GREAT!

Very professional job. They were on time every day and cleaned up so we could use our driveway. The price was right and was the lowest of any of the estimates we received from other roofers. The owner was a little slow returning telephone but he always did, so no real problem. Neighbors and friends have commented how good the roof looks! We would recommend Priority Roofing to anyone who needs their roof replaced.

Truly impressive team working together under threat of rain, imposing clouds, high heat and terrible humidity.  Awesome and amazingly fast completion of job.
There are no dos and don'ts.  This was a very professional job, with wonderful results.  Great team!  Thanks so much...

We had three estimates for our complete tear-off, and each was about the same, but the gutter prices were different. However, Priority's estimate was extremely detailed. It included installation of a ridge vent and eaves vents, and also included a certain footage amount of wood (if needed) for repairs, and how much per board if any extras were needed. The other two companies never even mentioned those items.
The guys arrived promptly when they said they would and were very friendly and polite. However, their big truck broke down that day! The owner called and explained what happened and said if we didn't like it there they would have it towed. We're easy-going people so it wasn't that big a deal. They came the next day and had the wrong part so the truck sat an additional day. The third day they repaired it and it was gone. We have a very large driveway so it was a very minor inconvenience. It's not like they did it on purpose.
The entire job took five days, but the guys did not work for a day-and-a-half because it was supposed to rain. (it did rain a little) The owner called and explained why they wouldn't work that day and of course we understood. Because rain was forecast that week they were very careful to tear off the roof in smaller sections so they could quickly cover them if it did rain. The owner also said the poor guys hadn't had a rain day in months because of the drought! I understood that! They told us they wouldn't be there for two days because of the rain but one of the days they must have come out any way because more work had been done that day. They finished up in a few hours on a Saturday. On Monday the gutter guys came out and we never even saw them, but the gutters were all installed and beautiful. It looked so good I took pictures. :)
Payment was not expected until ALL work was completed, and when the work was done there was no pressure at all for payment. In fact, we had to call him and tell him to come get his money!
Every guy that worked for Priority was friendly and accommodating. They were extremely conscientious about whether anything they did would annoy or inconvenience us. I boasted about them at work and one of my coworkers now wants to call them to do his mother's roof.
Thank you, Priority!

Response from Priority Roofing
"My name is mike, the owner of priority roofing.when I first read this report I was shocked and surprised.the name and street did not ring a bell and I just couldn't remember the situation happening.i checked my invoices and bank deposit statements and found nothing with the member's name on it. A check written to my company can only be deposited into my business account.i still was not 100 percent sure this was not my mistake so I decided to take a ride to the member's house and apologies and offer any reasonable service on his roof for free.when I got to his house I was positive I was never there before and when the member answered the door I was quickly asked to leave.it was not me who was on his roof.i never insist on cash.i am capable of using my own ladders and I do not solicit homeowners by knocking on doors.i have in the past sent fliers and such.i would still love to speak with the member and find out some details and still maybe offer to clean his gutters for free.this may be a case of mistaken identity or one of my former workers tried to make a buck without my permission.once again,I am sincerely sorry for the mix up."

The roofers  arrived around 8:30 each morning and worked until about 4:30. The roof took 2 days to complete. The gutter people came a few days later and were here for about 3 or 4 hours. All workers seemed very knowledgeable and skilled in their field. The owner of the company then met up with us a few days after that to ensure our satisfaction and receive payment. No money was expected until the job was completed. The owner is also the one that came and gave us our estimate. He returned all our calls promptly when we had questions about things such as shingle selection.

The workers were extremely courteous, did a great job protecting the house, and cleaning up afterwards. The job took two days and other than the wonderful new roof, you wouldn't know they were here!!! The workers arrived on time and the overall price was lower than we expected given the extra work they did.

They detailed everything. The team that did the work was great. Everybody knew their job and was very well organized. They were able to do the work during fall within the given time. They were able to systematically remove the old roof so that there was no problem. We were delighted. I highly recommend them. Their price was the lowest compared to all. He also made good recommendations before we got the job done. They were very helpful. I recommended them to a couple of my neighbors. We were grateful for what they have done. We were also delighted with their work.
