After years of trying a number of companies, we contacted Petras Builders upon the recommendation of friends. Their broad range of services includes fine landscape maintenance. We were impressed with their attention to ascertaining our needs and giving us an up-front quote for the work to be done. The clean-up was completed in two stages in a timely and thoroughly professional manner. In the past, we have been charged more than twice the cost of this clean-up...with deplorable results. We've been utterly pleased with this company and will continue to use them in the future for both indoor and outdoor projects.

They started in April of 2011, and did not complete the job until December. The contract was for ten days, and we figured it would take a little longer than that. They would stop the job in the middle of the week and not come back for weeks. Their equipment was in our basement for months, and when I tried to get them to come back, they were unresponsive. They had inconsistent employees coming in and out of my house. They were also trying to ask for more money repeatedly. They also tried to do the job without permits, and the building inspector came out and tried sticking us with the charge. They are an unprofessional and unreliable company.
