The only issue I had was with a plumber that came in to hook the sink & filter back up. He tried to blame my family for a tube that was dislodged....we had not entered the cabinet since work had begun. Otherwise tip notch work by Paul Davis Restoration. The plumber was one they contract with. I will be sure to never use them. I did make sure that the owner of the plumbing knew.

they didn't actually clean like they were supposed to behind a refrigerator or washer and drye, but they did pull out our washer and dryer from where they were house because they disconnected the hose to the washer didn't tell us so when we moved back in and proceeded to do a load of laundry it flooded our house! When they were ceiling our garage walls with paint they painted over the lights and even a pencil sharpener that should've been removed and thrown away due to the smoke damage. The wood trim around our interior door leading to the garage was damaged and instead of replacing it with the same material they replaced it with something similar but he now does not match the other two doors within 3 feet of it. When they painted our ceilings inside the house they left pink droppings all over our wood floor our kitchen island and Arwood curtain rod. They threw out the base to our sonicare toothbrush and one box of four of recently purchased contacts that were unopened. The Thruway parts of cup sets but left all the bottles and nipples. To top everything off they threw out the container that held our dogs ashes!

Everyone who comes into my home talks about how beautiful everything looks. They're so professional and they were so thorough. They oversaw everything from start to finish and took care of us completely. They're wonderful and would say use them as much as possible!

Unbelievably terrific. They came in the day after I called the insurance adjuster to look at the work done by the previous company. They have tools where they can gauge how wet the floor is, and they found that the floor was still 80% wet, after ten days of noise and inconvenience! Their job was that much more difficult because it had gone on for so long with the floor wet that now they had to do section drying, where they poke holes in the baseboards and blow the air underneath the cabinets. If the first company had done the job right, we probably could have gotten the floor done in three days; as it was it took about two weeks. Because they were able to handle the more skilled task of drying the floor in this manner we avoided moving out the cabinets, which was much less disruptive. This was very labor intensive--they had to run the hoses through the walls from the kitchen to the basement, and set up equipment in both places. These guys were absolutely the best. They pampered me like I was their own grandma. The dehumidifiers and fans are very noisy, and as soon as they set them up, the decibel range started getting to me. I have fibromyalgia, and it gives me a low tolerance for stress and discomfort. It's sort of like being hypersensitive to everything. As soon as they left the house, I called them back. It was like having an airplane taking off in my kitchen. So they took all the machines downstairs, ran the hoses through the floor from the upper level to the basement, out everything in the bathroom down there, sealed it off and hung up plastic sheeting to help deaden the noise. After that I could handle it. But they went to a LOT of extra work, and they were actually kind, and pleasant, and CHEERFUL about it. And they kept tabs on things as we went along, checking to make sure everything was going like it should. Anytime I needed anything -- any minor problem -- they were there. Every time I had to call about anything they answered the phone, even if they were on another job. By the time they finished the job, I wanted to adopt them both. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. Would you believe I admired a lovely screwdriver one of them was using, it had a wooden handle with brass fittings, and he GAVE it to me? I think of those two fellows fondly every time I use that screwdriver.
