The appointment went very well as usual. Missy is great with kids. My daughter's scalp is very sensitive and any pulling of her hair really hurts her. Missy is one of the first stylists we found that doesn't pull my daughter's hair or make her cry from the pain. I love listening to the banter between Missy and my daughter while Missy is doing her hair and nails. Missy shows an interest in what my daughter has to say and is never condescending. At this visit, Missy also polished my daughter's nails for free (we had a coupon). My daughter was having a difficult time picking the perfect color, and Missy was very patient and suggested they do two of the colors my daughter liked. Haircuts are no longer a nightmare!
