 + -1 moreThe first time, the driver called. I gave directions and they refused to deliver. The second time, no one came and I received no phone call. I had to call the store to ask what happened. Again, they couldn't find my address. I spoke to supervisors and people at the distribution center, gave detailed directions to my residence. I even offered to fax them a map. A third delivery was scheduled. Again, no one came or called. I called the store and was told the truck had broken down. I had waited a total of 6 hours for a delivery that never came! I finally had to cancel the order.
Description of Work: I bought an entertainment center which consisted of an armoire and two piers. I scheduled delivery on three occasions and Macy's delivery service did not deliver the merchandise. The first two times, they claimed they couldn't find my address and the third time, after no one came, I called the store only to be informed that the truck had broken down.
