Lenny Immormino

I was interested in a particular foreclosure property/home. I called Lenny and left a message on his cellphone, which he returned in a matter of minutes. He made an appointment to show me the home even though he had to rearrange his schedule, because I was leaving Ohio within 2 days and had no time flexibility on my end. I arrived a few minutes early, and he was already there. He took me on a tour of the home, let me look at anything I needed to, and did not rush me. I eventually decided to make an offer on the home, and Lenny took care of all the paperwork for me, emailed it to me for review and signature, and submitted it on my behalf. As it turned out, the property had been put under contract just days before my offer was submitted, but Lenny put it in as a backup offer for me. And he did all this long-distance via phone calls and email, as I had returned to my permanent residence in Florida. Lenny was quite knowledgeable about the particulars of dealing with Freddie Mac, which was then the owner of the property; the fact that he knew what to do and how to deal with a government agency and had done so many times before was a big plus, in my opinion. Anybody who knows how to get results from the bureaucracy is a star, in my opinion!! Anytime I had a question, he was right there on the phone, even to the point of helping me while he was on the golf course in the middle of his vacation! If I had to leave a message, he always answered it VERY promptly. Same thing with emails - always a very prompt response. Most impressive to me was the fact that this was a very small property, priced well under $100,000, on which his commission would have been minuscule, but he treated it like a multi-milliondollar deal. He was very, very helpful to me on a property that I bet most agents would not have bothered with. I recommend him highly! I might also mention that I am a novice in the real-estate arena, and I felt Lenny was very honest and up-front with me.
