Kuna Heating and Air Conditioning

I had an *exceptional* experience with Mark Kuna. My nearly new furnace stopped working, on Sunday no less, and with small children in the home, anything less than warmth is just not acceptable. Mark came to my home earlier than promised, which was outstanding in and of itself. He addressed my issue for less than the price of a Sunday service call for most other companies. He was in and out in about an hour. In that time, he not only explained the issue to me, but also gave me recommendations for maintenance that would prevent future issues and optimization tips; all with NO UPSELLING. He demonstrated his knowledge in a kind and professional way and was courteous throughout his visit. I have ZERO reason to ever call a HVAC professional other than Mark Kuna ever again.

He did an awesome job (two other companies had worked on the humidifier with no success). He listened to our concerns and was very thorough in evaluating the situation. He came to us recommended by our neighbor, and we highly recommend him to anyone who needs service/repair on their heating/cooling systems. We will be using him to do our A/C service this year as well.

Keith kept calling me all day, keeping me apprised of how long it would be until he could get there. It was before a holiday weekend and he was so nice to take us on that day. He arrived around seven in the evening and he took the time to explain to us what was broken and he fixed everything and looked at the downstairs air conditioning unit, also. He was absolutely excellent and I have decided to switch from our company to having K and K be our company for heating and cooling. I would give this company a huge A++++++++++!

Mark, the owner of Kuna Heating & Air is fantastic.  I honestly cannot say enough good things about this man.  We have used him for our air conditioning & heating needs in the past, and this time we used his services to help with a gas line issues.  We moved into our house about a year & a half ago & the gas lamp post in the front yard had never worked.  He was able to find the issue & take care of it.  He is always very pleasant to talk to & has always given us a very fair price.  He is punctual & even calls when on his way over to the house.  I have highly recommended him to others, too.

Mark is just wonderful. We often comment that we wish more contractors had his work ethic and dependability. It was sort of a random find, finding out about his company in the and quot;penny saverand quot; mailing, but we are glad that we did connect with him. He is very thorough and reasonably priced. Also, I like how he also explains everything in detail and makes sure we are clear before he makes repairs. He found a very difficult to fix hole in our exterior air conditioner line and ended up saving us the money of having to replace the entire unit. Another time he came out on extremely short notice on a weekend to fix a problem. We will always be using him for our future a.c. and heating needs. A+++

Mark called to let us know that he was booking appointments for pre-winter inspections of the furnace. He came to our home within 48 hours. He was on time. He wore those booties on his feet the entire time he was in the house. He did not rush, answered every question we had and even checked our hot water tank while he was here. He vacuumed the furnace AND washed the burners. He replaced the ignitor. A professional from the word go. We will continue to have Kuna Heating and Air Conditioning as our and quot;go to and quot; heating contractor. And will recommend him to all our friends and neighbors.
