We moved to Oberlin from a different state, so although this wasn't the first home we purchased, we needed a lot of hand holding to understand a different process. Kaye was very patient and with us. She took us to all the homes that fit our criteria on MLS, and she also took us to a few homes that weren't listed. She knows about everyone and everything in Oberlin and seems to be the go-to person in town for real estate. I believe that's because she really cares about her clients and their families. She proved many times that she was thinking about our best interest rather than worrying about making a sale. She helped us find a home we're really happy with and she negotiated a great deal. She kept her cool even when things got a little crazy. After the sale she has continued to be in touch with information about things we should know about in town. When we first moved to Oberlin I used to joke that my only friend in town was my real estate agent, and that she was contractually obligated to be my friend. After the sale I still call Kaye my friend.

She's very professional and seems to have a good handle on sales.
