When I first called Tom, he spent a lot of time on the phone with me, answering all my questions thoroughly. I had the dimensions of my rooms to be cleaned and he gave me a quote over the phone. He will also come out to your home to give you a quote if you need. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly for 7 hours on our carpeting. He said, and quot;If you got the time, I've got the time.and quot; He explained everything he was doing. He was friendly and professional at all times. We have 2 dogs and our carpet had not been cleaned for 3 years. Tom pre-treated all of our carpeting first and then went to work. He moved all the furniture we asked, he was meticulous, careful and thorough. He guarantees his work and if any spots return, he will come out and re-do them. He also offers a 1 year spot cleaning service with your cleaning. If you have a spot, he'll come out and clean it at no extra charge for one year. His quote was solid. What he quoted is what we paid. No surprises, no add-ons. We requested scotch guard and that was the only addition to our quote. I highly recommend Tom and Husky Kleen and will use him again. We will not hesitate to refer him to our friends.

he took a very very long time but everything was so clean, it was like we had new carpet installed. I'm so very very happy with he service I will be sure to use him and tell everyone about how well and economical he is ! our capet was an absolute disaster we have potty trained 3 puppies and 2 girls with in the last year. he didn't charge extra for anything he did, the price he gave me was an all inclusive price, I have been afraid to pick any kind of carpet cleaner, it seems they want to charge for this and that and next thing you know it is $500 and up. I am so pleased that if you want before and after pictures i have a few and would not hesitate to share them with anyone that wanted to see them.
