Bill did an excellent job. He and his crew are easy to work with and did everything I asked. Some of the work was particularly difficult as the house is over 180 years old and they had to get to some difficult areas to complete the job. I would recommend HUDAIR to anybody. Of course only time will tell about the equipment but it does seem to be sized right for the house.

I believe Bill is an honest, trustworthy contractor. His prices are very fair and competitive. He was able to determine that we did not have the right size units for the square footage of the house. Since he installed the new equipment my gas bill has gone down $41 and my electric bill has gone down $16. The units will have paid for themselves in a few years. And we have better heat and A/C than we ever had. Bill sells Rheem products which I was not familiar with, having heard more about Trane, Lennox, Carrier and Bryant. But after some independent research, learned that Rheem was a trusted brand and recommended repeatedly by the professionals. It's scary to make such a big-ticket investment that you will have to live with for many years, but I have the utmost confidence in Bill and trust him implicitly.

Hudair was as knowledgeable as the other companies I got estimates from and gave me the best price. They coordinated with the asbestos removal company so that work could move forward efficiently as this was done in February. They had to add ducts for my new energy-efficient furnace and did so with no damage to the walls or woodwork. They were efficient and courteous, and explained everything as they proceeded. I've been very happy with the new furnace.
