The decorator was on time for the estimate. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She said it would take 3 weeks for the blinds to arrive. The blinds were installed in exactly 2 weeks. The installer was on time. He was neat, quick, and cleaned up all debris.

THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB COMING OUT AND MEASURING FOR THE VERTICAL BLINDS. HOWEVER, IT SEEMED TO BE A BIG RUSH-RUSH ONCE THE BLINDS WERE RECEIVED AND READY TO BE INSTALLED. THEY HAD GIVEN ME AN IDEA OF THE TIME THAT IT WOULD TAKE TO RECEIVE THE BLINDS. I ADJUSTED MY FUTURE WORK SCHEDULE TO ACCOMMODATE THE INSTALLATION. WHEN THE BLINDS ARRIVED EARLIER THAN EXPECTED, THEY SEEMED TO EXPECT ME TO JUST CHANGE MY SCHEDULE TO ACCOMMODATE THEM, TO COME OUT AND INSTALL. THIS SEEMS BACKWARD - THEY SHOULD BE ACCOMMODATING ME, ESPECIALLY WHEN ADVANCE PLANS WERE ALREADY MADE.

THE PRODUCT THAT THEY SELL IS GREAT. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. SEVERAL CALLS WERE MADE AS TO THE DELIVERY OF THE BLINDS CONSIDERING THAT IT WAS TWO WEEKS PAST DUE AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARRIVED DAMAGED AND IT WOULD BE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS.
